As soon as Holden had pulled the jeep into the driveway I was out of it and running toward the front door.

Jake and I would be going to the movies soon. And I needed to make sure that I didn't look like I had been crying all afternoon.

I ran up the stairs and jumped into the shower. I turned on the warm water and began to lather up my hair. In my hurry I had forgotten to lock both the doors, because Daniel could get into the shower room from his bedroom too.

I turned the water off and reached my arm out from behind the shower curtain to grab my towel.

Funny… I thought I had left it on the towel rack, but I guess not. I sighed as I stepped out into the steamy room and tried to find my towel.

I heard someone snicker behind me and I slowly turned around, afraid of what I would see.

Daniel was leaning against the door frame holding my towel in his hand with a smirk on his face, "My my my, Taryn, you do have a wonderful… singing voice," he said as his eyes traveled up and down my body like the pervert that he was.

I let out a small "eep!" and jumped back in the shower, "Give me my towel."

He laughed, "Now where would the fun in that be? It would be much more interesting to make you come out a get it."

"Please give me my towel," I begged.

He laughed, "Not convincing enough."

I growled, I really hated this kid right now, "Give me my towel or I'll… I'll tell Holden."
