Rachel's POV:
When... The door bell rung. I couldn't believe my luck. He awkwardly scoffed as I moved away to answer the door. Finn must've gotten up to use the bathroom because there was walking in the hall. I opened the door to see Jesse. You've got to be kidding me.
"Jesse?" I question wondering why he's here when I told him it was friends night.
"I wanted to join you and Finn," he has a sly look on his face, one that is questionable.
"I'm sorry, but you can't. It's my night with Finn and I haven't talked to him for a while."
"Or maybe its because you like him. Come on Rachel, don't be such an idiot" I'm taken back by his words but just brush it off," I know you like Finn, but newsflash, Finn doesn't like you, and no one will but me, come on Rach we're soulmates," he replies with attitude. I hate when he calls me Rach, in fact I hate when anyone but Finn calls me Rach. I realized now that Jesse St. James can leave me the hell alone.
"We're done," that's all I say with calmness in my voice. I can tell he doesn't quite understand so I repeat myself. "Jesse, understand that I don't love you, I'm not happy with you, so goodbye, I'm breaking up with you," with that I shut the door on his face and walk back to the living room, I can see that Finn already has the next movie in.
"Who was that, Rach?" he asks me innocently.
"Oh you know, just my ex boyfriend," you should have seen Finn's face when I said ex. He started to choke on his popcorn.
Finn's POV:
YESS! NO MORE JESSE! I CAN FINALLY GIVE RACHEL WHAT SHE DESERVES! I'M GOING TO BE THE BEST THING FOR HER NO MATTER WHAT!
I just look at her with a dopey smile. "What?" Rachel asks as if there was something on her face.
"Oh nothing," I state and simply move over so she can cuddle up on the couch with me again.
Tomorrow night is going to be awesome. It's going to be perfect.
