James' POV:

I follow Connor being taken to a room where his bed is put in between 2 sorts of monitors. 'CPR!' I hear someone in the room shout and I watch as everything happens in slow motion, the pressing on Connors chest, the beating of my heart loudly thumping, the doctors and nurses rushing round the room.

'Excuse me sir' a man says and I look towards him 'I'm afraid you're going to have to leave the room sorry'. He holds my arm and tries to pull me out, but I refuse and tug back. Taking him by surprise with my strength he attempts again and yet I stand my ground 'I want to be by him when he wakes up'.

The man nods understanding and heads over to the others to tell them. 'Sir, you can't be in here. We need to concentrate' he says and I retort 'stop coming over to me then and focus on him!'. The man backs up and nods understandingly.

Tristan's POV:

I climb into the the front whilst Joe gets into the drivers seat. Brad gets into the back with Lauren and Luisa. Joe starts the car and speeds towards the hospital. The journey there was quiet, but it wasn't awkward. I just looked forward and watched the road, I turned back and looked at Brad who was holding Lauren's hand. I heard her whisper 'Connor's going to be ok'. Brad nods slowly, I look towards Luisa and she smiles slightly at me 'you ok?'. I nod 'you ok Luisa?', she nods slowly and looks out the window 'we just need to stay positive'. 'I'm trying' Joe joins the conversation.

Joe pulls up to the hospital, but is struggling to find a place to park. 'Why isn't there anywhere to park!?' Joe moans and he pulls up to a sidewalk 'go and find Connor and James, I'll be in soon'. Brad hops out the car 'we'll text you where we are'.

I nod and climb out the car with Brad, Lauren and Luisa. Brad walks as fast as he can and we all follow him as Joe drives off to park the car. Brad stops 'whats the quickest way in?'. Lauren walks in front and holds Brads hand 'follow me everyone'. We all follow Lauren up to the entrance and we walk through the automatic spinning doors.

'Excuse me, wheres Connor Ball?' Luisa asks. The receptionist looks up at me 'there is a queue'. We look to the left and see 3 people waiting. Lauren laughs 'why aren't you serving them then?'. 'I was looking for something on the internet' the receptionist says and I roll my eyes 'surely people are more important than computers'. The receptionist rolls her eyes and shouts next. We get in the queue and wait for about 5 minutes until its our go.

'Yes, what would you like' she asks and Brad smiles 'hello, where is Connor Ball?' Brad friendly says. She sighs and searches on her computer for Con's room. 'You can't see him now' she says, 'why?' Luisa asks and the receptionist replies with 'because he is busy being seen to'.

Joe enters the hospital and walks over to us 'hi, is he ok?'. 'Get in the queue sir' the receptionist sternly warns and I speak up 'he's with us'. 'Please just be cooperative here' Lauren asks politely and the receptionist sighs 'I'm sorry, I've just had a rough day'. 'So have all the other people in here' Luisa replies and the receptionist nods 'listen, Connor is having CPR to try and get him awake again so they can find out what happened to him'. Joe smiles 'thank you for being cooperative'.

Just as we turn to wait in the waiting room, the receptionist tells us 'good luck, I hope everything is ok'. I smile and nod 'I hope you have a good day too'.

James' POV:

They are still trying to wake him up, please Connor wake up. I feel my phone buzz in my pocket, but I leave it. My main focus is to wait for Connor, wait for his eyes to open and tell him how much I love him. I walk a little closer to the bed and see the doctors furiously trying to wake Connor up. I close my eyes and take a deep breath 'please Connor, please wake up. I need you, the boys need you, the world needs you' I whisper and I hear someone coughing. I open my eyes and a tear slips down my cheek.
