Chapter 15: Beware of Snakes

"What could he mean by that?" Serena thinking. I told her about Daniel being gay, she totally freaked out by the way. I also told her about what Daniel and I talked about and the Beware of Snakes thing "Maybe he wanted you to stay away from greeny place there could be snakes there but if that's it, It's really stupid!" she says with her arms crossed

"I know it's not literally snakes, it could be someone" I suspects "Definitely someone!"

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" She says with an eyebrow raised

"No" I answered, having no clue at all

"Geez Skye!" She turned my head to look at Vanessa

"That can't be" I shook my head "Impossible!"

"There's a certain possiblity, she even change her ways with you" she pointed

"A little bit true" looked at Vanessa talking to some bunch of girls

"You admit"

"We've been friends for so long"

"People change Skye!" She pats my shoulder as I look at Vanessa still "I'll go, I'll be late for class" she went to her class

The girls talking to Vanessa also left, I approaches her but her smile turned cold in split second when she saw me. Was it it?

"Hi V!" I said friendly

"Sorry, I love to talk more Skye but I need to be somewhere else. You understand right?"

"But-"

"Okay, bye now!" She left without letting me finish talking. It made me think that somehow what Serena means was true but it's still just a theory.

I went to class and Dylan was already in our seat, talking with some guy, it was Ronnie. I sat on my chair beside him. Dylan and Ronnie finished talking not long after.

"Okay Man!" Ronnie said

"Yeah it's cool" Dylan hit him in the shoulder but not strong, they even both laughs

"Thanks" Ronnie back to his seat

"Good Morning Skye!" Dylan said as he rest his chin on his palm

"Good Morning!"

"Did Daniel say something to you?" He asks

"Why do you ask?" I nervously ask

"Just wanted to ask"

"He went to our house yesterday, brought me flowers and chocolates" I told him

"Flowers? Chocolates?" He laughs so hard

"Yeah he did"

"Okay, My Gay brother brought you those?" He asks again

"Yes!"

"You know he is gay right?"

"I didn't at first but he told me after making fun of me" I confirms

"His never been too friendly with other girls before, he hates them really. He says girls are loud and annoying" he was impressed

"Maybe because I'm not loud and annoying" I said even though I know exactly why he came to my house yesterday

"Daniel" he said smiling shaking his head

I'm on my way to get lunch when Jake startled me.

"Oh my god!" I shouted

"That was epic!" Jake laughing so hard

"You Jerk!" I hit him in his arms

"You should've seen your face, it was hilarious!" Continue laughing

"Shut up!" I hit him again but he still laughs "As payment you'll buy me lunch" I pushed him into the Cafeteria

After buying lunch we make our way to an empty table but Jake's having so many stops along the way is irritating.

"Jake!" I yelled

"Wait just a sec" talking to some girls, I was hungry my stomach was rumbling in me so I decided to leave him be and went to the table. I was about to eat my sandwich when a particular someone seats opposite of me.

"Hi!" Heather said with her meanly smile

"Hi?"

"You're Skye right?" She asks

"Yeah"

"I just wanted to tell you to stay away from my Dylan!" She's wearing a bitch face with a bitch tone. Total bitchy!

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me, I know your not deaf or dumb"

"He's my bestfriend's boyfriend" I told her

"Vanessa? Please, I give it another month and he'll leave her" she evilly laugh "as for you, I know you like him. It's obvious from the way you look at him, it's pathetic actually"

"If you don't have anything nice to say, just go!" I tried to maintain calm from everything she said

"Okay, I'll go.. For now!" She stands up smirking looking at me "See you around, Skye" My name left her lips like a venom. It gives me chills.

Could she be the Snake Daniel was talking about. She wants Dylan back?

"Hey!" Jake joining me on the table "You alright?" He ask

"I'm fine" I simply said

"I'm sorry, they just won't get enough of me" he jokes as always

"Alright Mr. Cocky!" I laugh

"I like you more when you laugh" he smiles

"Thanks!" I shyly said

"Don't tell me you two are having moments?" Serena asks with a disgusting face

"No!" I answered

"Yes!" He also answered
