   (Link's P.O.V)

     It didn't take long to reach the field. We both didn't talk to each other at all. I stopped Epona and looked at the field. The sun set over the mountains making a beautiful pallet of colors all over. I looked to (Y/n) as she too stared at the field. But unlike me, she didn't look happy. There was more sadness in her eyes as she watched the sun set. I looked back in the field and closed my eyes," I guess this is good bye..."

"Yep..." She didn't take her eyes off the field as she spoke. Her eyes were glued to the distance and soon narrowed," we should run."

"W-Why?" I opened my eyes to see bulblins. A huge group of them came running straight at us. (Y/n) smirked and looked to me," bye."

Before I could reached, her horse was running right towards them. I blinked and kicked Epona as she ran after her," (Y/n)! Wait!"

(Y/n) ignored me and turned to the right as the bulblins cased her. They didn't even play any attention to me. Epona speed up as I took out my sword and hit a bulblin off its hog. One of them looked to me and shot and arrow, hardly missing me. I hit a few more off as they tried hitting me as others went for (y/n). I looked ahead to see she was doing fine. She had a sword as well and was hitting a few of them off and then she looked back to me. Her eyes narrowed as she speed up her horse and headed farther away from the bulblins.

It wasn't long before I got to her side and looked back at the bulblins. They were not giving up. I looked to her as she didn't look to me," Where are we going?"

"I'm getting out of here. Anywhere I won't be killed. You should go to your home," She looked to me as I looked down and then up at her.

"I have to make sure you get out alive," I smiled as she rolled her eyes and looked back. The bulblins were now gaining. They shot arrows at us, wanting us dead no matter what is how it seemed. I looked ahead to see a bridge. It was the bridge that lead to lake Hylia. As we got closer, another bulblin group appeared. Epona and Noche stopped, jumping on there hind legs therefore throwing us off them. We looked around for a way out but there was nothing.

"Great," (Y/n) narrowed her eyes and looked to me," any ideas hero?"

"One," I took her hand and ran towards the edge of the railing. I pulled myself up alone with (Y/n) and looked down," lake Hylia is under us, we just hold our breath and jump then-"

"I am not jumping!" She snapped, going to jump on the bridge again.

"Your have to!" I upjected grabbing her hand," please, we'll be fine."

"Why should I trust you!?" She looked me dead in the eyes. I took a breath and looked down at the long drop.

"Listen, I did this before. I was scared to but I had no choice, just like we have now. I promise you it will be fine, just trust me please..." I looked up at her. The bulblins got closer to us as she sighed and nodded.

"Fine, its not like I had a life anyways," I frowned at what she said but I didn't have time to argue. I held her hands tight and we jumped. It felt like a long fall until I felt the cold water hit my body. I opened my eyes and swam to the top of the water, taking a deep breath. (Y/n) came up not to long after me, her eyes wide. I looked up at the bridge then at her," see? We're alive!"

She narrowed her eyes at me and swam to the shore, leaving me. I blinked and followed quickly after her. She walked onto shore and looked at her self," great. Just...great!"

She marched off flicking the water off her arms as I followed quickly," a-are you okay?"

"No. I'm not. I was just chased by a group of over grown pigs, I'm soaking wet, and now where both going to freeze to death!" She snapped turning back to me. I gulped and put my hands up in defects.

"I-I'm sorry," was all I could say. She rolled her eyes once more and marched off towards a cave. I followed her. She sat in the middle of the cave and rubbed her arms. I sighed and looked around," I'm going to get firewood...be right back..."

~~~Time skip by Eren Yeager XD~~~
I got as much firewood as I could and hurried back to the cave. I peeked over the corner to she (Y/n) hugging her knees, muttering to herself. I walked in and put the firewood down, staring a fire and looking to her. She looked away. I sighed and sat down beside her and stared at the fire," I am really sorry (Y/n)..."
"..." (Y/n) still didn't look to me. I looked to her and scooted closer as she scooted away. I looked down and closed my eyes. An awkward slice filled the room until I heard (Y/n) sneeze. I opened my eyes and looked to her as she sneezed again and covered her mouth.
"You have a cold," I sighed looking around, trying to this of something to do to help her.
"I'm fine..."
"Why do you hate me?" I asked, hugging my knees," I want the truth, please."
(Y/n) was quite for awhile. Her eyes fixed on the fire as it glowed bright colors," its hard for me to trust people..."
"Why's that?" I asked looking to her.
"Reasons. Every time I meet someone who I think I can trust, they hurt me," She muttered, hardly above a whisper. I looked down then up at her with a sad smile.
"You can trust me. I don't like letting people down or hurting them so you don't have to worry about that..." she looked to me then at the fire again," I just want to be friends...I can tell you don't like being alone all the time. Everyone needs a friend in life."
"Yeah..." She nodded and looked up at me sightly.
"So...can we be friends?" I asked looking at the fire then her.
"....friends...nothing more," She nodded as I smile. A cold wind blew into the cave as she shivered. I wrapped my arms around her and brought her close. Personally, I expect to get elbowed in the ribs but instead she rested her head on my chest and closed her eyes. Maybe even the toughest of people, can have a soft side...
