I sat outside, staring up at the sky. Luckily there was a village not far away so I was able to get a red potion. After that I felt much better. (Y/n) said we'd be staying in the village for awhile to rest then head out. According to her, the Hidden Kingdom isn't that far away, just a bit farther.
"Oi, Link," I looked up to see Mason walking up to me.
"Hey Mason," I smiled as he sat next to me.
"How you feeling?" He asked.
"Great..." I smiled as he nodded and looked up at the sky.
"So, you nervous about getting to the Hidden Kingdom?" He asked as I shrugged.
"No...I'm actually kinda excited to see it," I smiled as I looked to him. He looked down with a frown," why? Are you nervous?"
"A little, yes. I mean, its been awhile and last time I seen it, it was kinda destroyed...I wonder if being sealed away fixed that all..."
"Well...I hope its better. Did...Did (Y/n) always know the seal would break?" I asked, looking to Mason as he still stared at the ground, thinking.
"Truly, I think she did..."
"Couldn't she have done something about it before it broke then?" I asked again as Mason nodded, looking up at me.
"Yeah but...I think she wanted to brake to tell you the truth..." he muttered as I stared at him.
"Why would she want that?"
"I'm not to sure. (Y/n) is very secretive these days..."
"She wasn't always like that?" I looked over to were (Y/n) was standing next to Epona and Noche, taking care of both of them.
"Not really. Avery told me before the war she was very open. I think that war really messed her up, streets and stuff. But you have to understand that she truly does want the best for everyone, she's always worrying about others," Mason pointed out as I looked to him.
"Are you the littlest bit curious about what we don't know about her?" I asked as Mason looked to me, shaking his head.
"No, its not my business to know and its not yours either. I trust (Y/n) to make the right decisions like she always have and I'll always give her support on that. I fell bad for her really. She's been though more than us and has lost so much...I can't imagine what it would be like to lose people I love in war," Mason shook his head and looked to (Y/n)," sometimes...the girl who's always been there for everyone else, needs someone else to be there for her...."
"Yeah..." I looked over to were (Y/n) was. She still didn't look like she's gotten sleep yet. She looked both stressed and tried.
"I'm going to go. You should talk to her, maybe she'll tell you something about herself you don't know," Mason shrugged then stood up, walking off.
I stood up too and walked over to (Y/n). Epona turned her head as did Noche as I walked up to them," hey (Y/n)."
(Y/n) turned her head and smile slightly before looking back to the table," hey Link, how are you?"
"Good...you?" I asked, walking to her side and looking at the table. The table had a map set out on it, lots of markings all over it too.
"Good..." she muttered, bring the pencil to her chin and looking at the map.
"What are you doing?" I asked as she looked to me in the corner of her eye before looking to the map again.
"I'm trying to find out the best thing to do when we get to the Hidden Kingdom..."
"So, do you have a plan?" I asked as she shook her head.
"No...there is a temple a bit off from Damien's...we could go there and stay. I don't think Damien's destroyed it if I'm right..." she smiled and circled a picture of a temple by a waterfall," I have a plan to get there fast too. Avery's working on that."
"Oh..." I looked to the map then (Y/n)," you know, you should get some sleep."
"I'm fine," she smiled slightly, still drawing on the map.
"You don't look fine...you look tired," I pointed out as she shrugged," when was the last time you slept."
"Awhile..." she muttered, looking up at me from the map as I frowned.
"When we get to the temple, you should rest. Its not like Damien will come that fast that you can't close your eyes for a few seconds," I pointed out as she sighed and nodded.
"I'll sleep when I get to the temple," she looked at me as I smiled and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her close.
"I think everything will go fine...you don't have to worry," I whispered as she nodded and pulled away, looking into my eyes.
"Mm...when I have I ever been worried?" She asked as I chuckled and shook my head.
"I don't know..." I turned around to leave as she stayed and scribbled on the map. I know she's a powerful Lord or something like that but I still worry. I just wish I knew everything she went though...not just the bits and pieces. I don't know if that witch was lying or not but...if she wasn't...there's more to (Y/n) than we all see...I just want to know what....

"Oi, (Y/n)," I looked over my shoulder to see Nichole walking up. I turned back to the map.
"Hey Nichole..." I muttered as she stopped at my side and looked at the map.
"So we're going to that temple are we? What do you plan to do there?" She asked, looking to me as I shrugged.
"We can rest there I hope...It will give us a base to plan everything in..." I took a step back as she nodded," Nichole?"
"Yeah?" She looked to me as I looked up at the sky.
"When we get to Damien...I want you to keep Link away..." I muttered as her eyes widened.
"W-Why?" She asked as I sighed and looked to her.
"I'm not putting you all in danger. I know you don't like me Nichole...and don't approve of everything I do but...please. I want you and the others to leave for from Damien and I..." I looked down as she just stared at me.
"But...you can't possibly fight him on your own!" She raised her voice, her eyes wide as I looked to her," A-Anyways....Link won't leave you!"
"I know...that's why you don't tell him. When the battle comes, don't let him run into it...please...just this once help me..." I looked her as she stared at me. She looked away.
"Fine..."
"Thank you," I turned back to the map.
"(Y/n)..." I looked up at her as she looked away," its not that I don't like you...I do. I'm just...its just...your have everything....friends who would die for you...someone who you love and they love you back...everything. What do I have?"
"A lot more than me," I smiled as she looked up," Nichole, you have people who love you just as much. Even if Link doesn't like you back, I bet there's a boy out there who loves you as much as you could love them. And...there's something else you have that I don't."
"What's that?" She asked as I looked down.
"Family..." I muttered, picking up the map and walking off, leaving her. She looked down and sighed, walking the other way as I walked to Noche.

After awhile of rest, we headed towards the temple. It was a hard way there since the place was mostly forest...but we made it. The temple was huge. Only a little bit smaller than Hyrule castle. We all stopped at the edge of the lake it was over, staring with amaze. I looked to (Y/n) to see her staring at it emotionless.
"Its been forever..." Lina muttered with a smile as (Y/n) nodded.
"Its just as I left it," She got off of Noche and walked over to the temple stairs, looking up at them," the one place I was safe from Damien..."
"I was surprised he never came here...I do remember this place. The place I raised you, (Y/n)," Avery looked over to (Y/n) as she nodded. We all walked up the stairs, taking in everything around us.
"You raised (Y/n)?" I asked, looking to Avery as she nodded.
"After her parents died...yes. I came to the surface to her..." She smiled as we got to the top of the stairs. The place was huge as I said. None the less, it was all amazing.
"We'll rest her tonight and figure things out tomorrow...alright?" (Y/n) turned around as we all nodded," good."
She walked off as we all looked around. I looked to the angles as they looked just as amazed as I," have you guys been here?"
"Oh yes...a few times. This place was (Y/n)'s temple back then...its still the same too," Mason smiled as the others nodded. I smiled and walked to the edge, looking down. In front of the temple, there was a water fall that fell from the mountain. Below the temple, was a huge lake the waterfall came into. It was beautiful, that's for sure.
