(Link's P.O.V)
"NICHOLE! Oh, Nichole where are you!?" Mason yelled as we walked though the forest. I looked back to were (Y/n) was. She stood down the path, looking over the hill top then shaking her head.
"Mason..." She turned around and walked towards us but Mason keep looking around and walking in circles.
"NICHOLE!"
"MASON!" (Y/n) yelled as he turned to face her.
"We've been out here forever, don't you think we should go back?" She asked as Lina looked back and shook his head.
"She's out here still, I know it!" He looked back to (Y/n) as she sighed.
"Its dark, we need to head back," she looked up at the sky as Mason shook his head.
"We're not going any where tell we find her!" Lina walked over to us and crossed her arms.
"We've been at this hours."
"We don't care if it takes all day long we're not leaving tell we find her!" Mason agreed as Lina nodded.
"Well it took all day long. We need rest!" (Y/n) shouted.
"We don't need rest! If you want to go then go!" She yelled.
"Guys...we don't need to fight do we..." I muttered but I don't think they heard me.
"Why rise your life for her!?" (Y/n) asked.
"Nichole has been with us though everything! You just don't get it...she like a sibling to us..." Lina looked down and walked a way as Mason followed.
"I do have a brother, but the only different is I hate him. So yeah, I don't know what its like," (Y/n) turned her head, as Mason and Lina sighed.
"Well we're sorry to hear that..." Lina muttered.
"You have a brother?" I asked as she looked away.
"Some things I don't tell anyone. Look, I know you guys want to find Nichole but its dangerous out here. She might have went back to the village who knows. We always have tomorrow too," (Y/n) looked to the sky as Mason nodded looking down.
"Yeah...I guess..."
"Come on, we'll go she if she's back at the village and if not, we can look for her in the morning."
"Okay," everyone nodded and was silence. (Y/n) turned around and walked back towards the village, everyone followed her.
~~~Time skip~~~
We headed back to the village and Avery was waiting there for us. Once she saw us, her eyes lit up with hope before she frowned," you didn't find Nichole I take it..."
"No...she didn't come back?" Mason asked as Avery shook her head. (Y/n) walked over to Noche and took the reins, leading him out. She seemed upset. Avery noticed to and looked to us.
"What happened to her?" She asked as Mason and Lina walked past her to get their horses.
"I'm not to sure...Avery, did you know she had a brother?" I asked, looking to her as Avery seemed surprised.
"No...when did she say that?"
"When we were out there...she said she hated him though..." I looked to (Y/n) then Avery.
"Um...I never heard. The girl does keep a lot from everyone so maybe she just doesn't want us to know much about it. Poor girls whole life came down on her when she was young..." Avery whispered the last part and turned around, walking to the others. I walked over to the horses and got Epona, then walked to (Y/n)'s side. She started at a map in her hands with a stressed face.
"So now what?" I asked as she didn't look up.
"We keep going. Nichole will show up, I know it. We'll follow the path though the forest to see if she's on the way. She know's what path we'll take so maybe she went to the next village..." (Y/n) explained, still not looking up. I nodded and looked to the sky. The was just rising. I yawn and looked forward.
"I bet she'll show up soon too. How far until the next village?" I asked, looking to her as she shrugged and looked up at the sky then the map.
"Um...not to sure...not long though," She put the map away and looked to everyone else," is everyone ready to go?"
"We are," Avery nodded as did the others. Mike walked out side and stopped next to (Y/n) and Noche.
"We are very thankful for your help here. The village and I wish you safe travels and we hope you do find your friend," He smiled slightly as (Y/n) dipped her head.
"Your very welcome, and thank you for letting us stay. Everything will be put back to together soon, promise," Mike nodded and stepped back. Then it was off to continue our journey.

I started up at the cloudy sky and sighed. We've been going for a while now, it was about noon at this time. So far its been quite and there has been no Nichole anywhere to be seen. I looked to (y/n) as she looked tired as always. She stared at the map and narrowed her eyes, trying to see the page better.
"When we get to the village, you should rest," I looked in front of us then (Y/n) as she shook her head.
"Maybe."
"So~ do you think the next village will be okay?" I asked, thinking back to the last village. (Y/n) thought for a moment and nodded.
"I hope. But with Damien, no one knows..."
"So your brother...how long has it been since you've seen him?"
"Brother...?" she was quite for a moment as I debated weather I should have said anything," centuries..."
"So what's he like? He...alive?" I asked, looking to her as she growled.
"I don't really like him okay. I would like to stop talking about brothers and family's...things that are gone and in the past...he's dead and is not important."
"..." I looked down and thought for a moment," I was alive in that time of the war...how'd, and when, did I die?"
(Y/n) went quite and looked to the side. I looked down and tried to think," you don't have to talk about it...I'm just trying to remember things..."
"Lets just say you were always to brave and didn't pay attention to everything..." (Y/n) muttered as I looked down. I heard Avery call for a break as we all stopped and rested. I walked away from the group and sat in a field, taking out the master sword as Oot Links reflection shown.
"Yes?" He asked, crossing his arms.
"How'd did I...we die in the past? And did you know (Y/n) had a brother?" I asked, crossing my legs as Oot gave me a questionable look.
"Yes...I knew and its a long story," he looked away as I titled my head.
"So you knew. Who is he?!"
"I'm not going to say if (y/n) doesn't. You maybe me but I still have loyalty to (Y/n) and will always be," Oot put a hand over his heart and smiled as I narrowed my eyes.
"Oi! I'm loyalty to her now!"
" No~ You're coming to me to have me tell you things she doesn't. Not very loyal..." he crossed his arms as I sighed.
"Fine. But can you at least tell me how we died?" I asked as he nodded.
"That I can do since its our business. It was the day of one of the worst wars to come..."
