Daydreaming

Am I the only one who has daydreams?
Am I the only one who sits and wonders what their lives would be if they would've been a little shorter or taller, skinnier or fatter, richer or poorer?
Maybe not, but sometimes it feels like so.
I have a very different mindset. It's unique. It marks the difference.

I'm constantly daydreaming about everything. Sometimes I even daydream of shit that looks like it came out of a science fiction movie.
Sometimes I daydream of a life were I was kinder and more sympathetic to people.
Right now I'm daydreaming wether or not I can write these thoughts using emojis. I'm trying to figure out how people would react to it, but I feel like emojis help express what you feel even more.
Am I the only one who daydreams?
Yeah I'm afraid not.

Wether it's night or day, daydreams are all I have. In class, at home, everywhere I go... Daydreams.
It's my only escape from this cruel and harsh reality. It's the only thing I know and can rely on, even though I know it isn't real... sometimes.
Deep down everyone knows they are a mere daydream... Or don't they?

But lemme ask you this...

If all we are is a daydream... What is life?
