"He finally kissed me Demi!" I exclaimed to my best friend as I filled coffee for my co-workers. I don't think I've ever explained my job, so I think now is just as good as ever. I work as an assistant in an office building, but I'm only a meeting assistant. It's kind of strange, but I pretty much only assist on meeting days.
Demi, she's an actual office assistant so she works a little more than I do.
"Really? Taylor that is so exciting! How was it?" She asked in excitement.
"The kiss? Perfect, or at least from my experience it was." I'd rather not mention my past experiences, too embarrassing.
"Aww I'm so happy for you. When are you going to see him again?"
"Um, I'm not sure. I'll text him later today." Hopefully today after work!
"Well I kinda met someone yesterday. He's taking me on a date tonight. Maybe if things work out we could go on a double date!"
"Oh my, you met someone! Is he cute?" Demi is a little better at dating than I am. Any advice I need, I go to her.
"He is so cute! So sound like a plan?" She asked.
"I'd love that!" I wonder what the guy is like. "Well I have to take coffees to people so I'll talk to you later?"
"If you talk with your man, then yes. But don't forget to mention the double date, and let me know what he thinks."
"Will do, love you!" I said and hung up. Ok, coffee to business men. I grabbed the card board cup holder that held 6 cups and headed to room F421.
I walked into the meeting room to see but just one man sitting at the end of a long table. I walk over to him smiling and handed him a coffee.
"Hey, could you get something for me?" The man asked. He made me feel a little uncomfortable, but this is my job so I said yes. "My papers over here have fallen all over the floor and under the table." Oh he couldn't get it himself.
"No worries." I forced a smile. This man was early for the meeting, or he's the only one that showed up. I bent down and started picking up the papers from the floor. I felt the man's eyes burning a hole through me, this doesn't feel right. I stood up and handed him his papers.
"I'm sorry, there are some under the table." I was hoping he'd forgot about it.

Sorry this chapter was late and is super short. I've had a lot on my plate for the past couple weeks. I'll try to post as soon as I can!
