It's time for the wedding! I have never actually been to a wedding...well I have, when I was two, and that's it, so the Minister or whatever he's called speech is copied from the Internet. I hope you enjoy this chapter more than the others. And I thought I'd just tell you that I'm going on holiday for two weeks and there is a big possibility that I won't be able to update any of my stories. But I'll try.

The sun was just starting to rise on Sunday morning, but two people were up and getting ready for a great day ahead.

"Tonks, do you really need to be up this early to get ready?" Remus yawned as she woke him up at half eight.

"Yes. It's our wedding day and there is much to be done so I look beautiful for it." Tonks replied, smiling.

"But you are already beautiful."Remus said sweetly. He walked up to her and cupped her face. "You don't need make-up or nice dresses to make my heart skip a beat."

"But I do." Tonks cried. Remus smiled before placing his lips against hers.

"No, you don't. You are perfect in every way and I don't want to ever change."

"Thanks. But mum's still coming over and you can't see me in my dress. It's bad luck." Tonks said firmly.

"Ok. It's your day to, and I want to make sure you enjoy it was much as I will. Now, what would you, like for special pre-wedding breakfast?" Remus asked, letting go of her face.

"Chocolate pancakes and strawberries?" She replied hopefully.

"As you wish." He kissed her again, longer this time before leaving. Tonks's hair grew pinker as she watched him leave. This was it, after today, she and Remus would be one, until the very end.

It wasn't long before Tonks's breakfast was made. But she didn't touched it, she couldn't.

"I'm sorry I can't eat this." Tonks said, defeated and dropping her fork onto the table. She sat back and sighed in her seat.

"Why? Is it horrible?" Remus asked, disappointed

"No it's great, just too many butterflies in my stomach and I feel like if I eat I'll vomit." Tonks replied

Remus took her hand and pressed it to his lips.

"I feel the same." He said. "I'm going to get ready before I get removed from our house so I can't see you get ready."

He smiled before walking out the room.

"Wait Remus." Tonks called. "What colour is your suit again, I don't want my hair to clash with it."

"It's dark blue." Remus replied, walking straight back into the room.

"You'd definitely suit that colour. Make you eyes stand out." Tonks said sweetly. Remus took her hands and pulled her up. She stood very close to him, exactly what he wanted. Placing his hands on her waist he pulled her close into a tight hug, accompanied by his lips crashing passionately against hers. Tonks closed her eyes as she twisted his hair around her fingers, bringing Remus closer still. Remus's arms were wrapped around Tonks's slim body.

The nicest way to describe what was happening would be to say that they were kissing VERY passionately.......but from an onlookers perspective, it looked more like a brutal Face Battle. Yeah, the soon-to-be husband and wife were Face Battling in the middle of their kitchen, with very little space between their bodies.

The kiss stopped five minutes later. Both panting. Remus was as pink as Tonks's hair. Their foreheads touches gently as they tried to regain their normal breathing pattern.

"Do you have to get ready now?" Tonks asked, breathless

"Afraid so." Remus replied. But his voice went into a whisper. "But there'll be more of that later."

"I look forward to it." Tonks giggled.

Remus hugged her tightly again, slightly lifting her feet off of the floor. Tonks buried her face in his shoulder, loving the feeling of being so close to him.

"I love you so much." Remus said

"I love you too." Tonks replied, voice muffled from his shoulder. Her warm breath sent goosebumps down his back and arm. Remus kissed her once again, but lightly.

"Now I really must go." Remus whispered, their lips almost touching. "But I'll see you in a few hours."

"Too long, but I can wait." Tonks replied sadly.

Remus kissed her forehead before walking out. Nothing could dampen his great mood. He couldn't stop smiling, even as he fell on the stairs.

Opening his wardrobe he fished out the new suit he bought a few days before. It was the colour of a blue night sky. He lay it on his bed before heading to the bathroom to have a well needed and desired shower. Remus just stood under the water, letting it flow freely over his body and scars. This was it, a day he never thought would ever happen, was finally here.....and he couldn't be happier.

Tonks was still sitting alone at the table, staring at the food. She had her arms around her stomach because she was feeling sick. She knew she had to tell Remus soon, he'd find out anyway, just the timing had to be right, and she had to be sure. Had to be sure that she was definitely pregnant. Her parents knew, another reason why she had to go see them earlier that week. Mostly because they knew the signs. But even they were thinking that it might just be a mild sickness bug. Tonks would be lying if she said she wasn't scared. Her first ever child and at the time of war, who knows what could happen?

It wasn't too long before Remus was out of the shower. With a towel draped loosely around his waist he walked out the bathroom, water running down over his body from his hair. But he got a surprise when he saw two women standing with their arms crossed outside the door.

"You took your time." Andromeda stated.

"I like long showers." Remus said. "Helps calm nerves."

Andromeda raised her eyebrows, but her faced showed shock when she saw the deep scar running from his right shoulder to left hip.

"Remus what the hell happened!?" Andromeda explained, pointing to scar.

"Oh. I got that when I was 15, when Sirius 'accidentally' tried to kill me." Remus said happily. "Landed me in St.Mungo's for about a month or something."

"Accidentally tried to kill you? How does that work?" Tonks asked.

"Long story for another time." Remus replied. "I have a feeling you want me gone. Don't worry I'll be quick and then the house is yours."

Remus started to walk to their room when Tonks stopped him.

"Actually, mum decided it would be better if I came to hers to get ready. We were waiting for you to come out the shower so you know." Tonks said. "We are just going to go."

"Ah ok." Remus said quickly. "I'll see you later then."

"Yeah. Stay safe." Tonks said. Remus leaned down and planted a kiss on her cheek before walking away.

"Is that all I get?" Tonks asked, pretending to be hurt.

"For now yeah." Remus joked "I'll make it up to you. Now go and do whatever women do on their wedding day."

Tonks nodded before heading downstairs with a wave.

"Be careful." Remus called to them.

"We'll try." Andromeda replied.

Once the door was closed, Remus went to the bedroom and started to dry his body again since the water in his hair had run down all over his back and chest. His suit lay untouched on his bed. Once dry and half dressed, he put it on. The inside as cozy, soft and very comfortable. He waved his wand and his hair instantly dried. Deciding he wanted to look formal but not too formal, he messed up his hair a little bit. It was messy, but adorably acceptable. Looking in the mirror, he hardly recognized himself. He looked younger and happier than he had in years. The blue suit seemed to bring out his eyes and form nicely.

"Oh shit!" Remus exclaimed. How the time had flown he didn't know because it was 11:45, and the wedding started at 12. Must have been staring at his reflection for too long.

Making sure he looked acceptable, and had the rings Andromeda gave him, he quickly rushed out the door. It was very sunny, perfect weather for a perfect day. One he was alone in a quiet street, he Disapparated. Remus appeared in another quiet street a minutes walk to the church. Tonks and Remus decided to get married in a small muggle church. The After-party however would be held and Tonks's parents house, where it could be as magical as they wanted it to be.

Remus quickly rushed to the church and made it there in no time. Already there was some people there waiting.

Molly and Arthur where there, Ginny was there as well -requested by Tonks-, Mad-Eye, Bill, Fleur and Charlie as well, some of Tonks's family Remus didn't know, and some more Auror's they were friendly with where there. Everyone was very smartly dressed and chatting away happily.

"Remus! How are you?" Molly cried when she saw him enter the church. She ran over to him and crushed him in her arms.

"I'm great thanks Molly." Remus said weakly, his air supply cut very short. "How have you been?"

"We've been good." Molly replied

"Nervous?" Arthur asked, appearing behind his wife

"Very. But I'm excited." Remus replied quickly

"You'll be fine." Arthur reassured. "Looks like it's time for us to get seated. Good luck."

Everyone hurried to find a seat as Remus stood nervously at the Alter. He -thankfully- didn't have to wait long. The church doors opened again. Every single head turned in the direction. Gasps of surprise and whispers of delight could be faintly heard throughout the church as Ted walked in with Tonks on one of his arms. Remus's jaw dropped to the floor with a wide grin as he saw her again. He hardly recognized her.

"Wow. She's beautiful." He thought to himself as she made her way to the Alter with Ted helping her and talking to her softly. Not even a million love songs were as beautiful as Tonks looked.

"This is it." Remus thought. "The time that'll change our lives."
