Chapter 4

Morning arrives quickly and I'm awakened to the sound of my phone going off from a text. I look over to see Naje not there. I grab my phone and see its a message from Dee. "Good Morning Beautiful" I start to blush. Naje comes out the bathroom. "What you smiling at??" "Why you gotta be so nosey? Damn!" We start laughing. I text Dee back saying "Good Morning Boo :) " I suddenly start thinking of Trey. I know I have to tell her, she's my bestfriend and I feel wrong. Even though I might lose her as a friend at least ik I won't have a guilty conscious. As I begin to speak Lloyd comes in with breakfast from Denny's. "Now I know ya hungry so eat up!" "You got me some bacon??" Says Naje "Yea I gotchu " We all laugh. "Where's Trey" asks Naje "Idk I haven't seen him since last night" Says Lloyd. "Don't worry he probably overslept or something" I say. We all start eating when my phone goes off from another text from Dee. "I heard what happened at your friends house and I wanted to know if you're okay. Mind if I come see you?" "No I don't mind but come around 10:00. My room number is B36" I start to feel a little nauseous so I stand up and ask Lloyd to go get me some ginger ale from the machine. Naje reads through my messages and asks who Dee is. I quickly snatch my phone, but only because me and Trey's texts are in there. She didn't realize Dee was that girl from last night and i didn't bother telling her either. "Its just a friend I met at the club" "Well I see "Dee" is coming soon so I'll head back to my room." I can tell she was feeling some type of way. Lately I've been shutting her out and keeping things from her. Lloyd comes back gives me my soda and a kiss and goes off to work. Finally I have time to think. I head to the bathroom to get into the shower, my favorite thinking place.
