It was a B day which meant first class with Jake. Now Angelica wasn't a fan of makeup but today she all of a sudden decided to put some eye liner on her bottom lids. The bus ride was the same as every day, earbuds and reading. Homeroom was also the same, but then the first bell rang and she left for orchestra. Angelica got lots of complements from multiple people including Tessa. No complements came from Jake though. He just kept looking at her in an odd manner, almost as if she had grown a second head. Not the look she was hoping for.
Jake soon got used to Angelica wearing makeup and they started talking like normal. Well kind of normal, Angelica was still trying to slowly stay away from him. 'Just think in two days I have to sit next to him during lunch. This isn't going to be as easy as I had hoped.'
