It was a Wednesday morning and just like every morning Angelica was not looking forward to leaving her nice warm bed. The bus was even worse than usual. Angelica forgot her earbuds.
It was a B day and you know what that means, first class with Jake. Angelica walked into the orchestra room only to find it feeling empty. Everyone was there so what was the problem? One person was missing after all, and that one person was sadly but also gladly Jake. The class resumed as usual which was odd considering Jake was the only bass in their small orchestra. Four violins, two violas, two cellos, and one bass. They were practicing their pieces for district assessments which were coming later that month. The cellos had a big solo in about every piece they played making Angelica very nervous. She tended to have a problem with pressure. Her whole body would start to shake and everything would get hotter. Jake was usually there to comfort her and help her calm down but this time he is gone. Not just from class but he is slowly pushing her from his life. She is gone to him. He is gone from her. No matter how much she wants him back.
