Eli:
"Okay the sexual tension radiating off of him every time he looks over at you is making me need a cold shower" Carson whispered in my ear.
I smirked and swatted at her making her laugh wiggling her eyebrows suggestively. Everyone was at Luka's house packing up the trunk of the giant van we rented for the drive to Mile's cottage.
It was six in the morning and we were all moving around sluggishly still feeling sleepy as we clung to travelers coffee cups like our lives depended on it.
"He just did it again!" Carson said poking my side making me peek over at Luka who was joking around with Grey shoving each other as they lifted the heavy bags into the van.
Luka's muscles would strain with each bag he picked up making my mouth just a tad bit watery.
"I bet it would be so fucking hot seeing you guys kiss" she sighed dreamily as if picturing some very dirty scenarios in her head.
"Sorry I don't like an audience when I get down to business" I snorted, Luka slammed the truck shut as Miles walked over to Grey's outstretched arms.
"They're cute don't you think?" Carson sighed happily watching the two of them, "I can't believe it works but it somehow does" I agreed.
"Alright campers let's hit the road" Nick said locking the front door and coming down the porch, Carson winked at me before skipping off towards him.
I rolled my eyes and made my way over to Luka, he was twirling the keys on his finger with a pair of sunglasses on as he leaned against the side of the van.
"I'm driving so I get to choose who sits shotgun" he explained when I was within hearing distance coming up to him.
"And who did you choose?" I yawned before sipping my coffee, black just the way I liked it. "Well all my other choices fell through so I guess it's going to have to be you" he sighed dramatically as if he was really disappointed in this.
"Oh you have jokes do you?" I smirked stepping in between his legs, "You're not getting any of this coffee" I told him walking away to the passenger side of the van and getting in.
Everyone piled in as Luka started the engine up and reached over to turn the radio on, perking us all up.
The drive was a long and seemingly endless one, there were so many bathroom breaks that I thought Luka was just going to drive off without whoever was in the washroom each time he had to pull over.
And apparently everyone in the back loved to sing, so with each song that came on the radio it was as if we had an acapella ground in the van.
Every once in a while I could hear Luka whispering how many hours were left in the drive over and over to himself as a game of "Eye spy" began.
"You can't keep picking things that you see outside of the van otherwise we'll just drive past them" Carson said after Grey had picked a cow for the split second he seen it.
There was going to be a homicide in here if we didn't get to the cottage soon enough I thought to myself as I watched Luka's knuckles turn white from clutching the wheel so hard.
"Will you all just shut up?" Luka asked in an evenly calm but deadly sounding voice causing the entire van to fall silent suddenly.
You could have probably heard a pin drop as everyone and I seen Luka visibly relax his death grip of the steering wheel. But then it was all ruined.
"So..." Grey hummed after what had only been about five seconds, "Are we there yet?" I internally groaned because I was pretty sure Luka had nothing against pulling the van over to kick some ass.
