A/N there is some minor violence in this chapter. Kind of hard not to include that in MCD though... :\ hope you enjoy though!
~Angel's POV~
...Zane... He was walking behind the guards, I narrowed my eyes and glared at him as he kept coming closer. "So... We have someone trying to run..." He said in a mocking tone. "WHAT DO YOU WANT ZANE!" I yelled.
"Calm down, Angel. We just want you to come back to Okasis with us." he said, stopping above me. "And if I say no?" I asked, knowing the answer. "You already know the answer. Now come willingly or di-" he never finished what he was saying.
The guard fell to the ground with an emerald sword in his back. A guard with light brown hair and blue eyes was fending off the Okasis guards so I took the advantage to take on Zane. I grabbed my sword and kicked Zane in the chest, and he fell over. "I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OKASIS WITH YOU, ZANE! PS I QUIT!" I yelled at him.
~Laurance's POV~
"I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OKASIS WITH YOU, ZANE! PS I QUIT!" I heard the girl yell at Zane. I turned around. She had Zane pinned on the ground. She was standing over him with a sword to his neck. I smiled and thought, she'd make a good guard. She looked towards me. "LOOK OUT!" She yelled at me. I ducked just when a sword was where my heart would have been. I quickly spun around and stabbed the guard in the heart. 'That was a close one!' I thought. There were way too many though. That's when the girl joined the battle. "Go get backup! I will hold them off!" She told me, her ruby sword slicing down guards left and right.
