Days went by slowly when there are nothing fun. But days went by even quicker when people are enjoying themselves. That goes the same for Shinozaki Akari. Normally, she would just hang out with her friends. Whether she joined in the conversation or not, hanging out with this certain group of girls have been a routine. But everything changed when there is a new student in the class.

"Alright class, please settle down!!" The teacher used his loudest voice to as he tries to get the class to listen to him. Desperately, the teacher have been trying to make everyone get back to their sit for a whole two minutes. But seeing that most of the students does not care, the teacher let out a sigh as he start talking in a rather low voice. "We're having a new student in our class. Please be nice to him.."

Akari who was sitting at the corner of the class was staring outside the window, as she look at the never-changing scenery before her eyes. Akari, who was thinking about some random fantasies while watching the sceneries, got interrupted when a rather unfamiliar yet soothing voice could be heard.

"Kisaragi Koi!! I hope to get along with all of you~!!" From that one sentence, the whole class turned their head to the front of the class. The pink-haired male gave a dazzling smile as the class fall into complete silence. Not a single word nor sound could be heard from anyone in the class for a long 3 seconds, except for the sound of the fan of course. The pink-haired male blinked as he did not expect the class to be that silent just from him giving an introductory speech. I mean, the teacher who seem desperate to make the class silent couldn't do it so what make Koi succeed?

The girls in the class began squealing as they talked among themselves about how charming and adorable the new student is. As for the boys, some were jealous as their crush or girlfriends are talking about another boy. But some of them could not help but wants to be friends with Koi. However, Akari did not say anything. Her eyes could not help but seems to be attracted to the pink-haired male.

The teacher point towards an empty seat behind Akari as he say some words to Koi. Koi nodded as he make his way to his table. But that is not all. Koi stopped by Akari's table as he offered his hand. "Nice to meet you, Shinozaki! Please take care of me from now on I guess~"

That... was the start of everything. Ever since that day, Akari's life have been rowdier than usual. Especially since Koi always talked to her. Even during breaks, her group of friends and a group of guys will always gather around their table. That was until a certain day, when Koi leaned forward to whisper to Akari in the middle of the class. "Are you free this Sunday?"

Akari who was doodling on her notebook immediately turns her head to face Koi, only to see that their face are just a few inches apart. Both their face heat up as Koi immediately slumped back into his chair. "I-Its fine if you aren't free on that day.." Koi muttered under his breath.

To be honest, that was the first time a boy invited Akari out. On a weekend too. Akari stay silent as she tries to recall if there is any plans for that day but.... nope! She is totally free on that day. Without any delay, Akari gave an answer. "I'm fine with it."

Koi stood up as he punched his fist into the air. "Yes!! I did it~!!"

That cause everyone to look at Koi. The teacher that was teaching the class too look at Koi with a happy aura seen around her. "You're going to volunteer for this question? Thanks! Please write the solutions at the board then!"

Koi gave a rather horrifying face as his face slowly turns pale. The question that was written on the board, Koi understand nothing at all. "This is the worse..." Koi dragged his feet to the front as he passed by Akari, who was chuckling lightly at the pink-haired boy.

It is finally Sunday and Akari was dressed lightly in casual clothes. Couples could be seen everywhere when she was making her way to the meetup place. She did not realize it was Valentines Day at all until last night. Throughout the whole journey, Akari have been thinking for a while. "Why did Koi ask her out on Valentines Day? Does he like.... me...? What if--"
