Evan and Jon were best friends.Ever since they were little. They had made a pact when they were five.A pact that would eventually be broken.All promises at one point will be broken if the victims don't stay loyal and true.

-Five years ago-

Evan waddled to the masked boy who was sitting on the bench alone."Hey what's wrong?"

The boy didn't notice and looked at him. " n-nothing" Evan didn't budge.There was something obviously wrong with the boy and Evan is determined to find out what. He propped himself up on the bench beside the boy. The boy looked at lil Evan and tilted his head.He noticed the determination on the Evans face." I'll wait all day...." the boy sighed and began to explain his home situation." See...."

Evan listened to everyword the masked boy had said and understood perfectly. He hopped off the bench and stretched hid arm to him.

" I'm Evan Fong and I want to be your friend!"

The boy hesitated and took it

" I'm Jonathan Dennis..."

" I promise to never let you down!"

Evan interlocked his pinky around Jons to lock the promise.

Years later

Jon leaned on the beam and thought of the day he became friends and roughly smashed the cigarette down on the metallic bar." You liar...."
