October 7th, 1998 Kaden Ashford
Its been 15 years since I went to sleep, I think it's time for me to wake up. The equipment turned on and the tube began draining I opened my eyes for the first time since that day. It was different, I stepped out of the tube and looked around the lab it was just the same as all those years ago, I grabbed something to cover myself up and walked around I needed to get some clothes. I went to my sisters room, it looked just the same, I smiled lightly and grabbed an outfit and changed into it. I needed to find my brother, I know I'm in the Antarctic so I needed to get back to Rockfort Island. I looked around the base and seen a plane, I ran to it quickly and got in. Alfred, Alexia here I come...
It was a few hours when I finally landed I was looking for my brother and sister. I couldn't find Alexia anywhere but I seen Alfred, he was talking to someone, it looked like a girl... Who is she? I hid and waited till Alfred was finished, he headed to where I was, I ran and hid behind the couch. I didn't want to anger him, I think he noticed me because he walked to my direction.
"Who's there?" He said aiming the rifle.
I stood up timidly looking at him, he quickly put the rifle down and looked at me, I smiled very timidly, I didn't like it when he was mad.
"K- Kanden..?" He asked in disbelief.
"Hi big brother.." I said timidly.
"Kaden it is you!" He said pulling me close and hugging me.
"Yes big brother it's me." I said hugging him back. "Where's Alexia?" I asked pulling away.
"She's still asleep..." He said sighing.
"She... did the same thing..." I asked.
Alfred nodded sighing, I looked away Alexia had a theory she wanted to prove since father was a failure she had decided to use me as a subject as well as herself. I thought she would be awake like me by now... I looked at Alfred and walked off, I didn't want to see him right now, I wanted my older sister I love her so dearly.
