Hi, just wanted to let you guys know that this is the finale...The final chapter. I'm going to break it down into two parts because I dont want to overload you guys with too much information. I hope you'll be able to understand this chapter. I feel that it might be a little confusing. I wrote it a little different using flashbacks and other things, but I dont want to spoil any other surprises so...

Anyway, enjoy ^.^

"No luck huh?" James asked as we sat and ate lunch. I shook my head, "I dont wanna talk about it" I already knew he was referring to my trial, but I dont want to talk about it. I mean, I know I gave up and everything, but the very reason why I gave up was because I thought I would be able to handle the year or two that I would have to serve, not knowing that the judge was going to be so harsh and give me six years! God I cant get over that, that was just a week ago and I still cant stop thinking about it. God dammit, I wish I would've just listened to David, I should've listened to him and everybody else. I should've never given up so damn easily.

"Hey Mathew" James called bringing me out of my trance. I looked up to let him know that he has my attention.

"We go out to the court yard after visiting hours, so be ready for Butch. He said he was going to surprise us and lunch is just about over so he's not going to jump us here. It's gotta be the court yard" I nodded preparing myself mentally, not really being able to register his words because my mind seems to be wondering to other things, more important things, like how the hell I'm gonna get out of here. Hopefully, I will be able to talk to David and maybe he'll have some idea of how to get me out of here within a year...hopefully.

I'm sitting here in my cell waiting for visiting hours, waiting for David to come. I called him not too long ago, so he should be here shortly.  "Macalihan! You got a visitor" I stood already knowing the routine and already knowing who it is. As I walked into the visiting room, I sat seeing David with casual clothes on again.

"Hey" he spoke,
I nodded while folding my hands, "so what's going to happen to me now?" I asked feeling nervous about what's going to come next.

"Look Mathew, there is no way that I'm changing the judge's mind. I tried to ask her why she had chosen a sentence so long for someone with no record or criminal background or whatever, but she just keeps sticking to her story. She thinks that if you were to do a years sentence that you might hurt Tasha once you get out of here. So for the safety of Tasha, she thinks its best for you to stay here, in jail."

"so what do we do now?"

"Well, the only thing you really can do you is be on your best behavior while in here, she still gave you parole. So, that means that if you're on your best behavior and you dont fight or anything, then you'll get out of here within three years tops. Just occupy your time, go to the library and read, talk to some people...the good people."

I sighed thinking about how hard it's gonna be avoiding trouble, and I believe David noticed my internal dilemma by the way he has that frown on his face, "what's wrong?"

I stood while pasting back and forth, "I dont know if I can stay out of trouble"
