Different

Chapter 10

For the whole of lunch I sat there listening to music and ignoring the groups conversation. Ashton (who still choose to sit beside me) hadn't said a single word.

I just wanted to get the last two classes over and done with, I had double cooking. I walked to class with Ashton, Lottie and Stuart, Lottie tried to start a conversation but no one said a thing . We sat up the back of the class at a high table of 4.
The first class was all about hygiene, which was really boring. As we started the next class the teacher said she would let us make little cakes. She also said the person beside us would be our partner for the year, which for me just happened to be Ashton.

Little was said between us , but we manger to make some pretty good cupcakes, but for Lottie and Stuart it was another story. They almost set the fire alarm from the smoke that came of their burnt cakes as they took them out the cooker.

After class Lottie and I headed to my locker to meet Kim to walk home. We meet Kim and headed out of school.
"Heyy, Lou can I speak to you" said Ashton, waiting at the school exit for me.
"Yeah sure , you guys walk on i'll catch up with you" I said directing at Lottie and Kim.

"So I talked to Luke and Calum earlier" he said as we made away to a bench in the grounds of the school. I stared to panic incase Luke and Calum had told Ashton about what I had said to them.
"And ?" I said.
"They agree with you, that I change when i'm with David. I feel like an awful person, I don't even release i'm doing it" -A
"But why are you acting up around him, do you like like him or something" -L
"No Lou I like this girl" Ashton laughed.
"Anyway i'm sorry I was horrible to you and Charlie. I've already talked to Charlie and she forgives me, now all I need is you to forgive me " Ashton said doing a wee puppy dog face.
" fine Mr Irwin, but never again" I laughed.
" I better get going I need to try and catch up with Lottie and Kim " I said.
" No , come with me" Ashton said dragging me the other way to his car .
"Here you go" he said opening my door .
"Why thank you kind sir " I joked.

The car ride home consisted us singing (screaming) along to what ever came on the radio.

"Aren't we amazing " I joked.
"Yes we are miss Brook" he replied.
He parked in his drive way, we got out and I went across to my door.
"Until tomorrow mr Irwin"
"Until tomorrow miss Brook"

I still don't know if I believe that Ashton won't act different around David's group. I guess he just wanted to fit in with them. But how could blame him David is hot but a dick, which is disappointing really.

Okay this is a bit of a rushed chapter, sorry.
I'll try update tomorrow but if not it will be Monday before another chapter.
