Chapter 15

I rushed home after school , as my mum was coming home today. Ashton had missed the last 2 periods to go to a band practise, so that'a why I never got a lift home .

I seen my mums car as I turned into the street, my pace started to quicken.
I burst through the front door and went straight to the kitchen.

"MUM " I screamed running in the kitchen.

"Someone seem excited to see me" she said .

"It has been so lonely while you have been away" I replied.

"Really because I did happen it see the pictures of your party that you never ask me permission for" she said sticking out her tongue.

"Oh yeah sorry" I quietly said , how could I forget to blocked her from seeing my pictures on Facebook.

"Don't worry hun, but you also have something else to tell me ?" She said
questioning me.
Wait what does she know, there was a two minute pause before mum spoke.

"You and Ashton? tell me the gossip" she spurted out.
"Who told you " was my response.

"Stuart, by accident. He sent me a picture on iMessage of you and Ashton kissing in the kitchen saying 'caught' but then replied opps wrong person" my mum said.

"1.Why did Stuart take a picture ?
2. Why the hell do you have Stuart's iMessage.
3.why didn't you say something sooner?" I asked.

"Remember when you broke your iPhone so you didn't have Anything to contact people ? You used my IPad to talk to Stuart remember? He was meant to send it to you but he was drunk and sent it to me. My name on his contacts is lou's m but he thought the m was your middle name not mum." She laughed.

"Stupid Stuart i'm going to kill him "I joked.

"So what is happening between you and Ashton is he your boyfriend?" She asked.

"I'm not sure, he ask me out on a date and we're going out Friday" I replied, my mum just nodded and went back to doing the washing.

I ran upstairs and just laid down on the carpet and turned my iPod on full blast while letting my thoughts run wild.

What happened if things didn't work out with me and Ashton?
What does he think we are?
What will I wear on Friday?
What happens if I make a complete full of myself?Maybe I should change my name and move to Mexico? Francesca is a nice name ? I'll change it to that I think? I wonder what Ashton is doing right now? I was sitting having a conversation in my head for about half an hour until my mum called me down stairs.

My mum was making a weird face at the bottom of the stair case as I came down.
"What is it ?" -Lou
"Oh Ashton's here, I just invited him in he's in the living room" -l's m

"Heyy Ashton" I said coming into the living room.
"Hey babe" he said standing up and giving me a hug.
"Everything alright ?" I said.
"Yeah I was just wondering if you wanted to come to the band practise later tonight? I tried to text you but you never replied?" He asked.
"Yeah sounds good and sorry I forgot to charge my phone, I was just excited because my mum got home to day" I said, then right on cue my mum popped her head round the door.
"Ashton would you like to stay for dinner?" Mum said.
"I don't want to bother you"-A
"It'a not a bother at all, Ashton" my mum said going back to the kitchen.
"She will take that as a yes " I joked.

*Later on that night*

"Sorry about her" I said to Ashton as I closed my front door behind him.
"It's okay I think it's parents job to embarrass us" Ashton said.
We left and headed for Michael's house.
"How far away is Michael's house ?" -L
"About 20 minutes, I left my car at his so we can drive back" -A.
We never said a word but it wasn't awkward it was nice.

5 minutes later Ashton's hand and mine were clutched together as we took our time walking.

" so how good are you and your band "-L
"Pretty good I hope"-A
"I guess i'll be the judge of that "I joked.

Michael's house was not huge but not little it was modern but not modern it was different. We stood outside the front door for 10 minutes until Ashton dragged me through the back and made me climb through a bathroom window.

*Ashton's point of view *

"What took you so long " Michael said as we came in the room.
"Maybe you should answer your front door so people don't need to climb through a bathroom window" I laughed.
Lou had already made her way over to Kim and Charlie who wanted to hear the band.
Through out every song I glimpsed up to see Lou looking right at me but then shyly turn away, it was so cute. I think she underestimates how amazing she is.

"So what did you think" I said to Lou after practise
