I stood there looking into my baby sister's eyes. She stared at me with so many emotions written all over her face. Hurt, Confused, Sad, Happy, Lost. I inhaled a deep breathe of air before taking a step towards her only for her to step back into Anthony's arms. This is going to be hard to explain since she won't even get in are length of me.
"Lyric Please Let Me Explain." I asked still lookin' at her
"I thought you died Rome.... I was so hurt." Lyric said breaking down
Seeing her cry is like a fresh cut on my heart. I can't began to imagine the pain I put her and my family though. I walked towards her pullin her into a tight bear hug. The sound of her sobs filled the room along with the sound of the wind blowing like crazy. I ushered Lyric to the sofa and sat down beside her still hold into her.
"Ex- Explain.." Lyric mumbled
I inhaled a deep breathe and slowly blew it out. It's now or never. So here goes nothin....
"Lyric, day before my 'Death' I got into some very deep drug activity and owned this cartel lords at lot of moneyand they threatened to kill you and the family if I didn't give them all there money. So O'Shea and Romeo help me fake my 'Death'. O'Shea knew they would kill me if I didn't get all there money together so Romeo who's my twin brother said he would spend the day with you. While y'all spent day together O'Shea and I where putting a safe house together for both me and Romeo. So when they shot at the car and 'Killed' Me. Romeo was already prepared for everything.--"
"Rome please to the point already." O'Shea said
I cut my eyes at him before turning my attention back towards Lyric and Anthony who was holding lyrics hand.
"To make a very long story short. I didn't die and neither did Romeo. We both are fine but I had to make sure you and the family where safe that's why I stayed away so long." I said
It honestly feels good to tell Lyric the truth because this shit was getting hard and hard everyday not to be around my sister.
