The journey has come to an end for James and Alice 😣 How sad
Alice's P.O.V
I slipped on the beautiful white fabric as the young woman behind me place the veil gently on my head. It nestled perfectly in my updo. She then lined the veil with diamond bobby pins to keep it in place. I played with my vine engagement ring as she straightened my dress and fixed my hair. I had two little strands of hair surrounding my face, curled and soft. My makeup was light and natural and my pale skin had been slightly darkened so that the color didn't wash me out. I slipped on my converse and looked in the mirror. I know that it isn't traditional to wear converse during your wedding but I'm not traditional. I nervously took a breath and smiled at my appearance. I liked it. I wish you were here Mel... I missed her so much and I wanted her to be at the end of the Isle with James and Cullen. My eyes began to burn so I told the young woman that I was ready. If I got out there then I could have other things on my mind and hold my tears for later. She led me out to a big double door. The doors were dark chestnut with fancy vine designs across the wood. She slipped out and I stood there for what felt like eternity. Music began to play and I felt tears spring to my eyes. James and I had agreed to mix Cullen and and Mel into our wedding. Our arch was white with blue and white roses spread all over. The tables had white and blue tablecloths with rose petals and the flower girl was throwing blue and white rose petals. The doors began to open and my heart raced at the sight before me. Standing under the beautiful arch stood an even more beautiful man. James wore a black tux, white undershirt, and royal blue bow tie. He was smiling at me with bright eyes and a cute blush. The spots where the bridesmaids and groom's men would stand were empty. Our first and only choices to fill those spaces were gone and we just couldn't find anyone else. It wasn't right. I made my way toward my soon to be husband and he reached for my hand. I slid it into his and felt my her flutter. The ceremony began and life couldn't be better.
After saying our vows and exchanging rings, the priest told James to "kiss his bride". James leaned forward and his lips crashed with mine. It wasn't heated or my thing but it still left me breathless. There were cheers all around us as we made our way to our reception hall. We danced the night away in the most cliche way but I loved every minute of it. When it began to get late James led me out to the front of the building. Parked in front of he doors was Mel's camaro with a sign ont he back. 'Just Married' was written in fancy letters across a white and blue banner. We climbed in as people cheered and called out congrats. He car doors closed behind us and the driver began our journey to the airport. We were heading for England and Ireland, Mel and Cullen's birhplaces. As we drove off into the sunset James leaned over and pressed his lips against mine in the sweetest kiss I could possibly imagine. I told you it was cliche.
The end!! 😀😀😀💙💙💚💚💙💙
