TRAVIS'S POV

As soon as I saw her I knew she was mine. She walked into the diner like she owned it. Long gorgeous hair, flawless skin, and a perfect body. I don't know how I could be so stupid as to think that Megan was my mate all this time. She was nothing compared to her.

The only thing standing in our way was that bastard alpha who was claiming that she was his. He had marked and mated her from the smell of it. I was going to kill him for touching what was mine.

I don't blame her though. I'm sure he forced himself on her. If she could forgive for thinking that Megan was my mate I could certainly forgive her.

After we left the diner I couldnt get her out of my mind. I played my part well and so did she. She pretended that he was her mate that she loved and I pretended that I gave a damn about Megan. She had to feel the same way I did. She had to or I would have to convince her otherwise.

Brian should have captured the girl he was after right about now.It was easy enough to come with a plan to get into Nigels pack was easy enough. I sent a pack of rogues as a distraction while Brian crossed the border. Since the packs were neighboring packs no one was concerned about him crossing the border.

As soon as I got rid of Meagan I would go catch up with him. I was going to need his help if I was going to capture her. I brought the car to a hault. "LOOK HERE YOU WHORE. I DONT KNOW HOW YOU DID IT BUT YOU PLAYED ME AND PLAYED ME WELL. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT YOU WERE MY MATE. YOU LUCKY I DONT KILL YOU"

"Travis what are you taking about Travis I love you" She said on the verge of tears. "YOU DONT LOVE ME YOU JUST WANT TO KEEP FROM MY TRUE MATE" I yelled and slapped her across the face. "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY CAR I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN" she ran away crying, but I could care less. As long as I could have Kyla I didn't need her.

I sped to the spot where I knew Brian would be taking the girl. The place was cleverly hidden. It used to be the dugeons of an old pack that had been wiped out. I found it by a lucky mistake after an old rogue told me about the time he spent there after he was caught. There was only one way in and one way out.

When I made it down the stairs I saw that I was interrupting something but it would have to wait. "Brian come with me I need your help with something" He told the girl they would pick up where they left off and followed me.

"What the hell Travis I was in the middle of something. This better be good" "Tell what you know about the so called new luna of your pack" "Nothing really. Just that her name is Kyla and her brother is the beta of Nigels pack. She used to belong to it before she met Colby. Shes also the girl I took best friend. Why?"

"I want her, no I need her. She's my mate" "Your crazy I thought Meagan was your mate" My fist collided with his face and fell to the floor. "SHUT THE FUCK UP. IM NOT CRAZY. YOU WILL DO AS I SAY OR SO HELP ME YOUR DEAD" "Okay, okay just calm down. I'll help besides I owe you for Jana" "Good that sounds more like it"

"Look she knows about me and Jana's history. Probably the only person who knows. She will come looking for me I'm sure of it" he said getting to his feet. This could work. If she for Brian I would be there waiting. "Okay go back to your place. I will cross the border and pretend to be going to see Meagan and meet you there"

I went to go grabs so wolfsbane before I jumped in my car and left. I would hate to put my beauty to sleep and cause he pain but it had to be done.

Everything went smoothly. The guards were skeptical about letting me through but Colby was out and just as I supected they didn't want to bother him since he was in a neighboring territory in the middle of a crisis.

I made it to Brians house in record time and parked my car around back so she wouldn't notice. " HOW LONG BEFORE SHE GETS HERE" I said pacing back and forth. "I don't know but I shouldnt be long." About half and hour passed before I caught her scent and there was a knock at the door.

I hide in the spare room right by the door so she wouldn't be able to see me. I heard them arguing. So she was a fiesty one. I liked that in a woman. Meagan always followed me like a sick puppy.

I heard Brian yell at her but she stood her ground. I almost ran out there to teach lesson, but I had to wait a little longer. He would pay for that later.

I waited for the right moment. She was getting fed from the looks of it and she was about to mindlink someone. I came up behind her and covered her mouth before I injected her with the wolfsbane.

I tied her up and put her in Brians trunk. Once she was in I covered her with some herbs that would mask her scent just in case the guards got supicious. I told him to tie her up and go round up the rogues. I knew we would have to fight soon and we needed to be ready once they figured out what was going on. If we were lucky it would take them a few days to catch on. By then I would have convinced Kyla we were meant to be and we would be long gone.

He left with her and I waited awhile before I left so it wouldn't seem like we were coming and going at the same time. When I thought I had waited long enough I went back to the border. The guards searched my car just as I thought they would. When they were done I sped off to the hideout as fast as I could anxious to see her.

Brian had already tied her up and left. She was still unconcious. After a while she started to come to. She winced in pain as the silver touched her skin. "I'm so sorry darling" I said to her. "Who the hell are you?" she spat. "Your mate darling" "What do you mean mate? Coles my mate. Have you lost your damn mind?" "No he's brain washed you. We're meant to be"

She looked at me repulsed. This was all that bastards fault. When he came for her he would pay.
