MOM'S EASY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
Ingredients
6 cups of water
4 chicken thighs (or 4 pieces of your choice)
2 medium sized onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta
Instructions
Boil the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shred chicken after cooked and add back to the pot. Dice onions and add to the pot. Add a handful of small pasta noodles and cook until soft. Serve hot.
