Cotton Candy Kisses

Kiss, Kiss

His lips rest on mine as I tug away gently. My eyes stay closed and I'm slightly breathless. My legs unwrap from him as I feel the sand on my feet again. Now that we aren't moving I notice just how cold the water is.

"Its freezing, this was a bad idea" I say laughing breathlessly.

"I'd say it was one of the best ideas you've ever had" he teases. I roll my eyes looking up at him. His hair is pushed away from his face and his dimples are very noticeable. The moon reflects on his face makes him look so breathtaking. His smile soon fades as he watches me. "You're so beautiful" his eyes scan my face and I blush at the simple words.

"You don't gotta lie" I say unwrapping my arms from his neck and hugging myself.

"And why would I be lying? Alice you are beyond beautiful and I can't believe you let me kiss you but damn do I feel like the most luckiest guy on the planet right now."  He brings me closer to him and picks me up. I squeal as the cold air hits the bottom half of my body. He walks us out of the water and sets me down on the sand.

"Its so cold" I say as I rub my hand on my arms. He smiles at me and gives me his shirt that I put on.

"Let's find Jake I left my sweater in the car and he has the keys." He nods his head. And we walk back to the party. Jake stands next to Joshua talking with two girls that don't look a bit familiar. "Jake do you have the keys?" I ask when his eyes meet mine they light up and Joshua smiles widely at me.

"Alice where have you've been?" Jake says and I laugh at his drunken state. I'm buzzed but Jake is properly drunk. "Did you get in the water? I wanna get in the water" he pouts his lips. The two girls eventually leave when the two boys stop paying attention to them and I feel bad.

"Guys let's get in the water!" Joshua yells. Joshua picks me up and I scream as he run towards the water. I kick and pound my fist against his back but he doesn't put me down.

It isn't until I'm flying for a split second that I realize he actually threw me in the water. I fall into the water face first. My first instinct is to hit him really hard but what good would that do. So I stand up on my two feet taking a deep breath and rubbing my face to rid some water. As Joshua is doubled over laughing like a damn hyena. I walk over to him drenching in water and jump on his back.

"You wanna throw me in the water?" I yell into his ears and he's still laughing. I drag him to the water and when I know he's close enough I jump off his back and push him into the water. He goes completely under ground and now I bust up laughing pointing my finger at him.

It isn't until now that I notice quite a lot of people had got in. Joshua runs out of the water and we both continue to laugh. Harry is right where the water begins looking at me with a smile on his face.

"I tried to stop him, sucker is to fast" Harry says. I smile up at him and start walking closer to him. "Don't Alice you're all wet" he starts to back away with a goofy smile on his face.

"I'm not going anything" I say innocently. Seconds later I run to him and he trips over the sand as I fall over him. We both laugh as the sand gets stuck to my feet since their wet. And now half of Harry is wet as the water falls over him.

"You're so clumsy" I tell him as I lay over him smiling.

"Okay miss I trip over everything" he says. His hands naturally find there way around my waist. We stay like that for a couple of minutes just looking into eachother eyes. The moon reflecting on his face.

"We should probably get up" I say. He nods his head hesitatly. As I get up first I give him my hand so he could take. I stand in front of him and step on his toes as I help him up properly. We both smile at eachother as everything else comes back into play. The laughing and cheering. Everyone's voices.
