Recap - Katniss got mad at Peeta for having Delly kiss him and ran to class only to see a horrific sight she ran out of class claiming to go to the washroom. Finnick followed after her to see what was wrong. She started crying and claiming that the teacher Mrs.Snow is-
Katniss POV -
I start to cry again but I push through it "It was Principle Snow. He hit my dad in a car crash I guess. We went to go buy my sister Prim a Christmas present, he bought me a mocking jay pin and we whee crossing the road to get Prims dress and" I sob "He, he . He got hit by a car and pushed me out of the way, And my mother. She is out teacher and married him. " I start to sob again and tears are flowing down my face like a water fall. I look up to see Finnick, a tear slides down his face. "It should have been me.." I whisper "It should have been me, I - I don't deserve to be here. I've just ruined your lives , I can see Peeta hates me and he wants to date Delly. I've made you upset" I start to get up and run and look behind quickly "Finnick, go find Prim she is blonde with blue eyes I'll send you a picture tell her I love her. Thanks for being here, and Glimmer don't tell here where I've gone." "I'll see you on the other side" I sprint out the door crying and jump in my car, and start to write a note and leave it on the dash. "Dear whoever reads this. By the time you find this letter I'm already gone. I'm Katniss Everdeen, my father died when I was 8 and my mother blanked out I took my sister into my custody and moved here to district 4. Finnick POV -
She sprints out the door and I run back to class "HELP! I THINK KATNISS IS GOING TO KILL HER SELF !!!" I scream "PLEASE JUST HELP ME !!". Mrs. Snow looks shocked "How do you know this" she scowls "I was talking to her on my way back and she said she doesn't deserve to be here" I holler "WHAT ?!? STOP STANDING THERE CALL THE POLICE IM LEAVING TO FIND HER OKAY?!!!" "GLIMMER COME WITH ME YOU KNOW KATNISS THE BEST" I run over to Glimmer and grab her arm and start dragging her out to my car and we start to drive out of the parking lot " The meadow " glimmer mumbles "Glimmer I can't hear you "The meadow go to the meadow in 12" we speed to the meadow and see a brown and yellow blur running. I jump out of the car "KATNISS !!" I yell repetitively as I chase after her. She looks back and touches three fingers to her lips and holds them up. Oh dear what is she doing. "STOP KATNISS!" " WHAT ABOUT PRIM ?" She comes to a hard stop and falls to her knees. I run over to her but before I know it a see something fly through the air and I hear a blood curling scream.
Katniss POV -
I see Finnick he yells something but I can't quite hear him clearly because he's far away.
I make about the words What , Prim, and stop. I fall to me knees, I look down at my stomach and see a large knife wedged through my body, blood soaks throw my shirt and I slowly pull the knife from my stomach and look at the blood dripping down my fore arm and fall over, all I can see is darkness.
