Recap- Finnick finds Katniss running in a meadow until she is stabbed. She's rushed to the hospital with a broken ankle and her stomach has lots of stitches and some on her neck with some brain damage.
Katniss POV
I wake up in a room with bright florescent lights and I see Glimmer and Finnick with tear stains red puffy eyes and bags under their eyes Finnick asks me who he is and I answer simply "Your Finnick, my big brother." The words flow out of my mouth with ease. But I realize that there is a cast and stitches and bandages all over me and I start hyperventilating feeling in closed, as if I'm being kept in a prison. I hear yelling but nothing makes sense right now as I tug at the bandages and tubes whatever is on my and I'm crying violently. My vision goes black, slowly but then all at once.
I see myself in the capitol- wait how do I know this place is the capitol I've never been to the capitol... I'm in a small dark concrete room no windows or anything, there is bruises, burns and cuts all over me. People open a door and pick me up off my feet and start walking down a hallway I look to the side and see Johanna holding onto bars sobbing and screaming. What is the hell is going on. They take me to a room and legitimately throw me onto a chair and the chain my ankles down to the legs and tie up my hands. A peacekeeper walks in he looks old and he is holding a whip. "Where is Peeta, tell us or you will be whipped." The peacekeeper says Ina deep voice. "No, ILL NEVER TELL YOU ANYTHING!!" I scream at them, and with that the whip me so many times until I'm passed out.
Peeta POV
I'm storming through the hospital doors "Katniss Everdeen ? Where is she?!" I ask the front desk lady. "Room 75 sir" and says In a formal voice "Thanks." I say and run down the hall and see room 75. I burst open the door and I see Katniss laying there's sleeping, motionless. You can't even see her chest moving up and down. Worry floods through my body.
Finnick POV
Katniss closes her eyes and her heart rate speeds up. "Nightmares.. She's had them ever since she was eight. They can be really scary sometimes, she will just wake up and try to attack you. She almost killed me....' Says glimmer "Oh" is all I can think to say.
Peeata burst through the door his face is pale puffy red eyes dark purple circles under his eyes and tear stains.
