First step

Katniss POV
*Ring*
"Shut up"
*Ring*
"I SAID SHUT UP"
I reach over to my night stand and answer my phone, Glimmer.
"You woke me up Glim" I say flatly
"I know it's the first day of school get you but up and dress in something nice not sweatpants, love you Kat bye see you soon!"
And with that the line goes silent.
I groan and get up, I put on a pair of high waisted jean shorts and a yellow t-shirt and braid my hair on both sides of my head.

I do a natural look and go down stairs to find prim eating toast. She is wearing a black high waisted skirt and a tied he crop top tucked into the skirt.
"Hey little duck" I say and kiss the top of her head "Don't forget to tuck in that tail" I tuck in the back of her shirt and grab a granola bar off the counter.
"Lets get going" I smile and grab my keys of the table near the door.
(She has a black Lamborghini)
We drive to Prims school and she starts for get out "I love you Prim , see you after school" and I blow her a kiss
"Love you too Kat".
Time skip
I pull into a free spot near the front and get out of my car, before I know it I am sent back and being squeeze so tightly I can hardly breath.
"Glimmer!!!" I say and hug her back.
We stand there hugging and she finally lets go, I take a huge breath.
"I missed you so much omg " I tear rolls down her face "Glim stop crying your going to ruin your makeup!" I say and I laugh "Your probably right" she laughs and smiles.
"Well, I should introduce you to my friends, Guys this is Katniss. She is practically my sister we have known each other since we were born"
*Flash back*
"Honey, this is Glimmer. Her mommy is my best friend!" I am clutching onto my moms skirt peering over at the small blonde girl.
I step forward in front of my mom "I'm Katniss" I practically mouth. I was very shy kid before my parents died.
"Want to go play dolls?!" Says Glimmer "Okay.." I never really liked playing dolls I was more of the girl who played out side as an horse , don't judge me!
We play for the next few hours and then we fall asleep. On the floor drooling on the carpet hugging.
From there on we played with each other everyday until 5 years ago when my dad died and Glimmer moved to district 4, where I live now with Prim.
*end of flashback*
"Katniss, Katniss, EARTH TO KATNISS WAKE UP" yells Finnick.
"Oh sorry Finnick I didn't know I wasn't paying attention to you - I was lost in my thoughts " I say and punch his shoulder playfully "Ow that hurt Kat " Finnick makes a pouty face and holds his arm were I punched him.
Glimmer introduces a blonde boy, he caught my attention a lot.
His name is Peeta he has blond hair ocean blue eyes he is tall strong and , just perfect I just ugh.
"W-Well I , um uh I better get my uh schedule" I stutter
"I'll go with you " says Peeta
I look down at my shoes the whole walk their, it was silent and awkward.
We have the same classes except instead of French he has Spanish.
We go find the group and someone starts walking towards Peeta and I.
She is blonde wearing the shortest flipping shorts on and a fish net crop top that has little lines of fabric, and with that whore-iffic (pun intended) outfit she is wearing 5 inch black heels! The school sl*t I think to myself, she walks up to Peeta and puts a hand on his chest and grabs his shirt and presses him to a locker and practically eats his face off, he pushes her off.
"What the heck Delly! I told you I don't f**king like you!" Yells Peeta
She stops off "I know you do lover boy, you're just to blind to see it!"
Delly screams at him, as she walks off in a group of three other thots like her.
