Mabel x Robbie fan fiction (Gravity falls)

Chapter 1: break ups, and hook ups

Mabel's POV:

"Come on dipper we're gonna be late!" I yelled upstairs while i brushed my hair. "Hang on I'm coming!!" Dipper said as he ran down the stairs pulling his shirt on. Today was the first day that the new arcade opened downtown and we wanted to be the first ones in.

"Bye Grunkle Stan!" we both said in unison. We both ran out the front door, got in the golf cart, and rode into town. We parked in front of the new arcade and got out of the golf cart. I heard a little beep come from my pocket and it was my Tamagotchi (the little digital pet things).

He was hungry so I stood there and took care of him while dipper went inside. I finished taking care of him I decided to go inside but just as I was about to step inside I felt a chubby hand grab my arm and pull me backwards "Hello my queen!" he said cheerfully.

"let me go Gideon and I'm not your queen!" I said as I struggled to pull my arm away. "No!" he said as he tried to pull me away. "let me go!" I screamed trying desperately to pull my arm away as he kept tugging me down the street. I heard a deep, kind of raspy voice say "She said let her go."

As the voice said that Gideon stopped pulling me "Huh?" was the last thing before he fell to the ground. "Are you okay Mabel?" The voice said concernedly. "Y-Yeah.." was the only thing i was able to stutter out before I looked and saw that the voice came from Robbie!

It looked as if he had been crying which made me become worried "R-Robbie??Why were you crying?" I said looking at his bloodshot eyes. "i-its nothing.." he said as he began to turn away. I quickly grabbed his hand but saw that he had been cutting himself. "Oh Robbie.." i said sadly as he turned and looked at me. he had tears in his eyes so I quickly pulled him into a hug.

I don't exactly know why I did it but it just felt right at the moment. I began to quickly blush being that I just embarrassed myself in front of him but before I could pull away I felt two arms wrap tightly around me and pull me closer. I began to blush even more as my heart began to race.

Robbie's POV:

As I was walking by the park I saw Tambry and Nate making out under a tree. I ran away crying, hiding in an ally way. I began to cut myself with my Swiss army knife my dad got my for my birthday.  The pain I felt from the cuts was no match for the pain I felt in my heart.

The next day I decided to get some fresh air being that my room only made me feel more depressed. As I was walking past the new arcade I saw Gideon grabbing Mabel by the arm and dragging her down the street.

I just got so angry and told him "She said let her go." and punched him right in the face. He fell to the ground and ran away crying. "Are you okay Mabel?" I asked her worriedly. "Y-Yeah.." She said but asked me why I was crying.

I told her it was nothing and turned around to leave but she grabbed my hand. She saw the cuts and I could feel the pain in her voice when she said "Oh Robbie..". She pulled me into a hug, squeezing this pain I had in my heart right out of my chest!

It was so amazing and I just felt free again! I remembered that she was hugging me so I hugged her back tightly. I ended up smelling her hair, it smelt like something tropical and refreshing. I got close to her ear and whispered "Thank you.."

Dipper's POV:

As I walked into the arcade I saw Pacifica and ran over to greet her. (Yes i admit i may have a small crush on her) "Hey Pacifica!" I yelled as I ran over to her. "Oh hey dipper!" She said happily. Ever since I got that ghost out of her mansion we have been really close.

"I didn't know you were into video games?" I said happily. I saw her blush "I-I'm not! I just like to watch other people play!" She said defensively. I smirked and said "Oh well that's too bad..I find gamer chicks cute.." When I said that she began to blush even more and said "Well maybe I like to play a few games..." I chuckled a little and put a quarter on the game we were standing at.

"I got next." I said as I leaned against the machine.  After a while of playing I decided to go look for Mabel. I went outside to make sure she was okay and saw her being hugged by Robbie! "HEY GET AWAY FROM MY SISTER!!" I yelled and began to run towards them.

Robbie looked up and saw me. he looked scared..good. he quickly picked Mabel up and ran off with her. I tried to catch up with him but his legs were too long compared to my tiny ones so I quickly fell behind.

Robbie's POV:

As I was hugging Mabel I hear Dipper scream "HEY GET AWAY FROM MY SISTER!!" and began to run towards us so out of quick thinking I picked Mabel up and ran off with her. I was blushing like crazy but yet I was so happy holding her for some reason... I ran to my house and opened the front door.

My parents were away on vacation to some fake mummy tourist attraction ( lol anyone remember?) so I wouldn't get in trouble. I placed her gently on the couch and ran my hands through my hair to try and control my anxiety. Breathe Robbie breathe...She looked up at me so innocently.. Man i feel like such a perv "So....Why did you bring me with you?" She asked me innocently.

I sat on the opposite end of the couch and placed my face in my hands "I have no clue... I just felt like I had to..." I began blushing and didn't want her to see my face. I felt a gentle hand on my arm and looked at her. She giggled sweetly and said "Its okay! I like hanging out with you!" for some reason this made me feel better. "U-um...Are you like...Hungry?" I asked trying not to blush.

I heard her stomach rumble as if to answer my question and we both busted out laughing. "I will take that as a yes." I said getting up and running to the kitchen. I came back with a bowl of cut strawberries with sugar and whipped cream. "That looks good!" She said as I saw her brown eyes grow huge. I chuckled and sat down with her.

I turned on the t.v and asked her what she wanted to watch. "Duck tective!" She said bouncing up and down. Man she is just too cute... I stared at her smiling but she turned and looked at me and blushed "D-Do I have something on my face?!" she began turning even more red so I just said "Nothing that isn't cute." and smiled at her.

"Gahh!! no I'm not cute.." she said blushing and turning around. I busted out laughing "Are you serious?? You're like the cutest kid I know!" she turned to me and her face was just fully red. "R-really? You think I'm cute?" I turned red realizing what I had just said." U-Umm..." I couldn't think of anything to say so I just got some strawberries and stuck them in my mouth.

I saw her look down and look kinda sad "Hey whats wrong Mabel??" I asked getting worried. "Its just...everyone sees me as a kid and always think nothing is wrong with cute sweet Mabel when I have problems that they cant even see because of my 'cuteness' " she said as tears formed in her eyes. "M-Mabel.." I said dumbfounded. She began to cry so I wrapped my arms around her trying to comfort her but I'm not sure if it worked, I'm not really good at this comfort stuff..

"Mabel...Please don't cry...You're too pretty to cry..." I said as I tried to wipe the tears falling from her eyes. I brushed her hair out of her face making her blush, shes so cute when she blushes.. "Whats wrong Mabel?" I said seriously, looking deeply into her eyes.

"I-Its just....I try to help keep everyone happy and it feels like everyone has someone...Except me..." she said as she tried to look away. I gently made her bring her face back to me and look me in the eyes. Man what am i doing... "That's not true.... You have me.." I said and unknowingly began to lean in.

She had an adorable shocked look on her face as she said "R-Really Robbie??". I whispered quietly "yes.." as I kissed her. She was surprised but began to kiss me back. When we ended the kiss I leaned my forehead against hers. We were both smiling like a bunch of idiots.... Is this what love feels like?
