Mabel x Robbie fan fiction (Gravity falls)

well...okay then..

Mabel's POV

it was a small gathering, just me, Robbie, Pacifica, dipper, Grunkle Stan, and Grunkle ford. We basically just talked and ate s'mores.

"so where do you wanna sleep tonight?" Robbie asked, making my face and ears heat up. 'thank goodness it's dark out or I would look like a tomato' I thought.

"I guess I'll sleep with you tonight." I shrugged, looking at the ground to avoid eye contact. "oh okay." he smiled, passing me another s'more which I gladly accepted.

"hey Mabel?" Grunkle ford asked. "hm?" I answered, my mouth full of the sweet, gooey, goodness. "what do you think it would take to get the rest of your memories back?" he asked. I swallowed hard and stared at the rest of my s'more, contemplating my answer. "well... I don't know.." I said quietly, feeling everyone's eyes on me. "well... What if we went back to... The mystery shack, was it?" I said,thinking out loud.

"hmm.. That might actually work being thats where most of your memories are." Grunkle ford said. "hey! Why don't we just summon bill and ask him for help?" dipper suggested. "dipper that's crazy! Besides he'd probably trick us." Grunkle ford concluded.While they sat and argued I decided it would be best if I went to bed since it was already really dark out.

I quickly finished my s'more and quietly snuck off to our tent. "I guess I should get into my pj's." I said to myself, opening a bag that had my clothes in it.

Robbie's POV
I watched as ford and dipper began to argue but couldn't help but notice that Mabel had left. I quickly got up and ran to check the tent to see if she was there. "hey Mabs are yo-" I said, unzipping the door but stopping dead in my tracks. For what seemed like forever Mabel and I just stared at each other, blushing. I quickly snapped out of it and left the tent, running into the woods to try and comprehend what just happened.

Mabel's POV
He saw me....without my shirt on.. I quickly got into the rest of my pj's, hopping onto the bed and hugging a pink pillow tightly. 'it's okay it's okay it's okay.' I kept repeating to myself, having a little freak out moment. "M-Mabs? C-can I come in now?" I heard him say from outside. "y-yeah.." I said back, just a bit louder then a whisper. I heard the door unzip and felt my heart beat speed up.

'please don't bring it up please don't bring it up!' I silently prayed. "h-hey Mabs? Sorry for just coming in without knocking... I just saw that you had disappeared and got scared..." he said quietly, sitting on the edge of the air mattress. "I-it's okay.." I said, looking up from the pillow. He smiled at me and got up.

"where are you going?" I asked, not really thinking. "well I just thought that you would be uncomfortable seeing me get dressed so I was just gonna go in the woods." he said, scratching the back of his head. "n-no its okay...you never know what could be hiding in the woods at night." I said, feeling my cheeks grow warmer if that's even possible.

"o-oh okay.." he blushed slightly, taking off his shirt to reveal his six-pack. I had to tear my eyes away quickly to prevent myself from staring. "aww you don't like what you see?" he pouted. I kept my face buried in the pillow as he put his pajama pants on and climbed into the bed. "a-aren't you going to put a shirt on?" I blushed, peaking over the pillow at him.

" well I always sleep without a shirt on." he says, making me feel stupid for asking. "o-oh.." I stuttered. "if it bothers you that much I can put a shirt on." he shrugged. "n-no its okay, just sleep however you feel comfortable." I blushed. "oh in that case." he smirked, wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me beside him so that we were spooning. "R-Robbie!" I blushed, unsure If I should struggle or not considering I was quite comfortable. "shh, just go to sleep." he whispered, pulling my hair from out of my face and kissing my cheek.

"o-okay.." I stuttered, closing my eyes and beginning to feel myself drift off to sleep.

I'm back!! sorry Ive been gone for so long but Ive been trying to focus on my schoolwork (i have A's and B's in all my classes ^_^) so i would like to say thank you to all my readers for being so patient with waiting so for my 4 day weekend I'm gonna try and update as much as possible but it might be hard due to the storm so please bear with me! btw i hope you guys are all okay out there and will be sending prayers your way!
