Ford's POV
as we worked with the venom of the spider people, i could see just how mutated it had become. i also learned that this is how they reproduce, since they don't have reproductive organs. they ended up capturing one and are testing for weaknesses now.
i was walking by the bar on the way home when i heard a high pitched, prepubescent voice and an older more rough one singing "disco girl" so i decided to check it out. it was dipper and Stan singing karaoke, of course (face palm) i walked in and looked at them seriously.
they both looked at me and Stan said "Come on up here Ford! you know the words!" and continued to sing. i looked at him and said "you do realize you brought a preteen into a bar right?!" he looked at me and shrugged "its not like hes drinking, besides I've been keeping a close eye on him." he said coolly. i sighed and walked home after that.
Mabel's POV
i woke up late the next day and saw a note on the pillow beside me, Robbie was gone so i read it" had to go to work Mabs, take the day off i already told them you weren't feeling well so you are covered for, get some rest baby i love you. ~Robbie" i read out loud. "awww..." i said to myself smiling.
i walked to the kitchen and opened the fridge, i saw there was a little bowl of strawberries with sugar on them with a can of whipped cream next to it with a note taped to it "enjoy Mabs" it said so i took it and the whipped cream and put them on the table. i got a mug and filled it with hot water and went to put it in the microwave when i saw a plate of chocolate chip pancakes in it. i smiled and put the mug down, re-heating them and finally the water and putting a teabag, sugar, and lemon in it.
i finally sat down and enjoyed my breakfast. i laid on the couch and began to read a book but got bored so i looked outside, it looked icky outside so i decided it would be best to take a bath. i filled the tub and relaxed in the warm water. after my bath i got out and got dressed, as soon as i left the bathroom i heard the front door open quietly and shut.
i walked to see who it was and was surprised to see it was Robbie. i ran and hugged him "Hi Robbie! why are you home so early?" i asked smiling. he hugged me back and smiled at me "Mabs i thought you would still be asleep, anyways it was beginning to rain and the ground got muddy and slippery so we decided it would be best to wait till the rain was over." he said chuckling a little.
"wow we are such slackers!" i said and we both began to laugh. "yeah, so how did you like the pancakes?" he asked giving me a kiss on the cheek. "i loved them they were perfect!" i said happily kissing him. "great." he said kissing me back.
Robbie's POV
it was 8:00 am when i woke up and Mabel was still asleep. i still had 30 minutes to get ready so i got dressed and made her pancakes and prepared some strawberries and whipped cream for her, i don't know how but that became our favorite snack but its soooo good!
after i was done making the pancakes i put them on a plate and put them in the microwave after grabbing two and putting whipped cream on them. after i finished eating i walked back and put a note on my pillow so Mabel wouldn't freak out.
i kissed her forehead gently and walked out the door. when it began to rain Lee and i had been hard at work in the hot sun, we were grateful when the boss said that we could take the day off, due to the mud so i finished the small jobs i had left to do and walked home with a big smile on my face.
i slowly and quietly opened the door so i wouldn't wake Mabel up but i found out later that she was already awake. after we said hi we both decided it would be best to do something productive so she suggested working out, not a bad idea but we didn't have any equipment so i had to run and ask lee if he had any but he gave us; two mats, weights, leg weights, and a work out video.
he said it was Mycala's but i didn't really believe him. i went back to the house with the equipment to find Mabel in sweatpants, a tank top, sneakers, and yes a headband. she looked so adorable i couldn't help but smile like an idiot. she blushed and looked at the ground, holding her hands behind her back nervously.
"i look weird don't i? if its funny you can laugh.." she said sadly. i walked over to her and put my hand on her cheek "you look adorable!" i said smiling. she looked at me and smiled. we both began to work out and had a great time, when we got tired we got out of our gym clothes and into more comfy clothes then we got into bed and laid down. "i had fun today.." Mabel says sleepily. "i did too Mabs..." i said and we both fell asleep.
Wendy's POV
"she thinks she can just take my man?! well think again Mabel! i will find you and kill you! then he will have to come back to me! yeah that's it!" i scream angrily while tracking them through the woods. i come across a fort like place and walk up to the gate. i was greeted by two tall and thick muscled men with assault rifles "we found another survivor!" one yelled and 3 more men just alike came out and they all made me come inside.
i was quickly greeted by scientists and sent to a sort of clinic where they checked me for bites. i didn't really care at this point what happens to me so i just let them. "what is your name young lady?" an older scientist asked. "Wendy" i said looking at the ceiling bored.
