Chapter 30

Lauren wasn't quite sure what to do right now. A single tear rolled down her cheek. The letter was beautiful. It really touched her. It made her see how Camila truly felt about her. That was a good thing right? Yeah, some of the things in there were things Camila had already told her but there were also things she had never heard before...

Carlos came in to give her a hug and she now noticed he was sitting next to her the whole time. "Don't cry mom. What kind of letter was it?"

She wiped away the tears and turned to him. "Mommy wrote it for me. Everything she feels for me is written in this letter." Carlos smiled upon hearing this. His mother was smart after all!

"Did she tell you in the letter that she looks at you like in that Disney movie we once watched? When the prince looked at this girl in awe. Kinda like this." He showed her and she laughed at her silly little boy. "Mommy looks at me like that?" She asked insecure.

Carlos nodded. "Yeah and this one time this stupid woman tried to kiss her.. And she told her she was married to a princess.." Lauren raised an eyebrow at this. She didn't expect that. Where did this happen?

"And also she talks about you like a princess. She'll say stuff like. Green eyed princess who she saved from monsters and bad people. Raven haired beauty. That's also a nickname I guess. She always makes fun of you sometimes with me but that's only because we love you mom." He suck up to her at the end. She chuckled.

"She once told me that there are galaxies in your eyes and everytime she looks in them she gets lost and feels at home. She told me that if I ever find someone with galaxies in their eyes, I would know that it's the right person. So now I'm searching for someone with galaxies in their eyes. That is my soulmate according to mommy." He told her wisely. Lauren looked down at the kid in her arm and smiled.

He made her feel better and somehow he made her trust Camila a little more.

"Taylor what the fuck are you doing here and now the hell did you get my keys?!" Camila said as she came home from work. Taylor was sitting in her living room.

"Hello to you too. We need to talk." The other woman said nonchalantly. Camila looked at her with wide eyes. "You are unbelievable, always appearing in random places. Always knowing where I am. Like at that party.."

Taylor laughed. "You live here moron. Off course I know where you are."

"But I mean how did you get in?"

"Emma had to give your spare key back and she let me in. We also talked..." She looked at Camila pointedly.

"Well that's great, Taylor. You people sure love to intervene in my relationships." Camila scoffed.

"This is my sister we're talking about." Taylor said sternly. "So? Why are you talking to Emma then?"

"Because I need to look out for Lauren. You are bad, you cheated on her."

Camila rolled her eyes at this. "You got to be kidding me. Why do you care? Besides, me and Lauren have our issues and we love eachother you know that! Yeah I cheated on Emma. Because I missed Lauren.."

Taylor stood up. "Why are you lying to Lauren then? By saying you didn't sleep with anyone? You didn't want to sleep with Emma but you did want to sleep with another woman?"

Camila inhaled slowly. She had to calm herself down. "Fucking admit that! Lauren called me in awe about this letter you've written to her.. and Carlos had some good words about you too! But you are proving now that you aren't worthy of her love!" Taylor yelled.
