I wake up and instantly wish I never did.
Tonight shall be the last night. I can feel the shame and guilt about not being able to save everyone, already and it's not even seven in the morning. I roll onto my side and see a plate with cookies in it. Loveday. Surprised she even came to be honest. I grab a cookie of the plate and swing my legs off the bed.
I look up from the floor to surprisingly see Loveday sat at my desk, head laying flat on the desk snoring even louder then Robin. Hypocrite. I notice three of Uncle Benjamin's bottles of wines around her like some sort or odd pyramid she gave up making half way through. I stand up from the bed and walk over to her, I rest my hand on her back making her snap her head up straight away,
"Mr Tumnus, never again" she mumbles in a sleepy state, I giggle at the weirdness as she comes out of her dazed state and back to the real world,
"oh Blake-" she cries, like really cries, she's crying, is she drunk?! "-I'm so sorry" she apologises between hiccups,
"for what?" I ask, as I take a bite of the cookie that has clearly got alcohol in it. She has defiantly meet the devil chef then,
"my stupid family, always making things harder then necessary" she wails,
"that's okay, your forgiven" I smile, knowing that it doesn't matter seeing as in a few hours we'll all be dead,
"you're too good to meh" she determines,
"do you need a lie down?" I ask seeing her eyes roll from one side of the room to the other,
"No." she mumbles in her best firm voice, "We need the moon pearls and fast" she points out, eyes lulling open and closed,
"it's impossible, we cant find them now" I sigh,
"do you want to go down fighting or like a coward who gives up when the boy she loves says something stupid" she slurs, I don't love Robin! I don't, I cant, I refuse to. I cant stand the De'noir. Right?, "I still love Benjamin!!!" she wails as tears start streaming down her face again, Oh right she was talking about that.....I knew that,
"and he still loves you-" I reassure, "-trust me, he's lost without you" she looks at me with a sad smile and whips her tears with her sleeves,
"It would have never worked anyway-" she sighs, "-I'm a dirty De'noir" she mumbles a new set of tears falling down her face, "besides, I'm way to old to believe in true love now" she sighs, shaking her head at her own stupidity,
"what are you saying?-" I ask completely shocked she could think like that, "-you're not that old" I roll my eyes, "it's so obvious that he still loves you, even a idiot could see that"
"why didn't he look for me then?" she asks, sourly,
"why don't you go ask him?" I suggest,
"I cant" she sighs,
"yes you can" I push, "you just don't want to be the one to cave and come crawling back, because that means he wins" I narrow my eyes at her, "You know, I'm starting to think the real curse of the valley is pride" I laugh slightly at the idea,
"I'll only go talk to him, if you go and find Robin" she bribes,
"not going to happen" I cross my arms, he's a dick anyway,
"who's proud now?" she giggles,
"whatever" I move my weight from one hip to the other,
"sometime he says things he doesn't mean" she sighs, quoting what he said about her when she stormed off,
"He seemed pretty serious when he was saying it, besides how do you even know what happened?" I ask, hoping she didn't witness me killing her father,
"I was there all the time, I would've swung in if something happened" she slurs,
"something did happen" I remind,
"to you or Robin, I mean" she clarifies,
"so when he was about to get his throat slit, that wasn't anything?" I roll my eyes,
"nope" she giggles, "-now do we have a deal? We'll reunite the families" she asks,
"we aren't going to find the pearls, it doesn't matter if we reunite or not" I stress,
"Try." she pushes, I sigh knowing it's worth at least a try. I can die happier then,
"fine" I grumble,
"great" she grins, "-besides ever princess needs a prince" she grins, that beautiful grin that walks over to the fire place, (Then Elsa brakes through the wall to kick her arse, joking.)
"where are you going?" I ask thinking she's not keeping up her side of the deal,
"to get ready-" she giggles, "-now go get ready your self" she adds, stopping giggling,
"okay" I roll my eyes.
Here goes nothing, time to find birdy boy.
