It was dark out and a terrible storm was over. All the Gems were in the house exapt Pearl. She was out on the the rockie parts of the shoure. She just stared blankly out into the sea. She then looked at the stars. "Rose...... Why did you have to fall in love with a human?" Pearl asked her self. She looked at the stars and kept on thinking of rose. She then looked out into the sea and saw something. It was strange it was a plank of wood with something on it.

Pearl's p.o.v

I got closer to the item and saw a girl. I ran over to see that she was very pail. She had h/l and it was h/c. She had really pail s/c.I started to pull her out of the water. She was missing a her left leg. There was blood coming out but not at a fast pace. "omg what happened to her?!" I asked my self franticly. I picked her up bridal stiyal and started to run back to the temple. Her breathing was slow and ragged. When I got in the door slammed open and I woke Steven by mistake. "I'm up!" Steven shouted.
"No time Steven! Where is the first aid kit?" I asked franticly wall placing the girl onto the couch. Steven then came down with the first aid kit and saw the girl. "What happened to her Pearl?!" Steven asked franticly. "I don't know but we can aske her once she wakes." I said. I started to wrap bandages around her missing leg. I used some string to slow the bleeding as much as I could and kept the bandages tight. Once I got her wound fully covered I was Able to come down a little.
"Will she be ok?" Steven asked. I looked at him and then back at the girl. "I don't know Steven she lost a lot of blood. She maybe out for a few days." I said. Steven then layed down next to me and slowly fell asleep. Soon the sun came up. I was able to get a better look at what she was wearing. She was wearing badly ripped up f/c shirt and shorts. Steven then woke up. I got up and started to clean up the blood that was on the floor. After some time Amerhyst and Garnet came out of the main part of the temple. "Wow what happened to her?" Amethyst asked complitaly shocked. "I don't know.
I was just out taking a walk to clear my thoughts and I found her like this. Garnet I must ask....... Does she have a future?" I asked. She soon zoned out for a sec and then looked at me. "She has a future she just won't wake for a few days." Garnet said comely. I smiled knowing that she was ok. We then got on with our day. I mostly stayed with the girl to redo the bandaging.

-Two weeks later-

It has been two weeks and I started to develop feelings for her even thow she does not know about me. "Gaaaaaa.....w-were am I?" I heard a soft voice ask. I turned to the couch and saw that the girl was away. "I see your finally awake would you like some water?" I asked her. "Y-yes please......*caught*" she soon started to caught like crazy. I filled a glass cup up and walke over to her. I helped her sit up and had her drink the water. "T-thank you miss?" she asked. "O I'm sorry.
My name is Pearl I was the one who saved you..... And I must ask what happened to you? Cause your whole right leg is missing." I asked/said. "m-my name is Y/n....." Y/n said. Her eyes widdened like she did not want to talk about something. "A shark...... A shark took my leg. And they probably took my family too." y/n said. She then sat up and frowned. Tears forming in her eyes. She then clentched onto my shoulders and looked at me in the eyes. Her e/c filled with so much fear.
"D-did you find my family wall you were out?" y/n asked her voice filled with fear and worry. "I'm sorry but I only found you." I said. I sat down next to y/n and she started to cry into my chest. I rubbed y/n's back and Steven came in. "Yay she is up!" Steven said happily. "Steven! This is not the time to be happy. Well at lest for Y/n here." I said. Steven frowned and tryed to figure out what I ment.
-few days later-
It has only been a few days and Y/n started to act strange around me.

Y/n's p.o.v

I started to get strange feelings around Pearl. Feelings that I have never felt in my whole life. It had to be that strange feeling called love. Soon it was only me and Pearl. She was changing my bandages again. "H-hay Pearl?" You asked. "Yes?" Pearl asked. "I-I-I um.. Wanted to say thank you for helping me throw this problem..... And wanted to tell you that I have been getting strange feelings for you." you said. "Really me too. I have been getting feelings for you too." Pearl said.
We both smiled and blushed. "I l-love you Y/n....." Pearl said and finished up the bandages. "I love you too Pearl. And I hope we can keep on living together forever." You said.
