Loosen Up

"I'm okay, I just don't want to be here right now" I said not looking him in the eyes.

"There's some rooms upstairs if you want to go lay down, I can help you find one that's not," He thought for a moment. "occupied"

"Thank you" I looked up at him.

He led me upstairs "I'm Adam by the way, Allysons brother."

I smiled at him, "Baylie"

"Nice to meet you, you're Trey's sister right?"

I nodded.

"Oh, well I'm a junior too but I used to go to a military school up until a few days ago, my mom wanted me home"

We finally found a room that wasn't 'occupied' as Adam put it.

"Well this is my room but I'll leave you alone, I can go get Trey if you need him" He offered.

"No, a pissed off Trey is the last thing I need right now."

Adam nodded understandably. "Did you come here with a friend? I could bring her up here"

"Yeah I did but she's wasted "

"Oh, well are you okay with just being by yourself? I mean I would offer to stay but you probably don't want a stranger up here with you." He smiled a crooked smile that was so adorable.

That's when I realized how attractive he was.

He had black hair and blue eyes with long lashes and probably the best cheekbones and jawline I've ever seen. He was gorgeous. Just like Allyson. They looked so much alike.

He was leaving when I grabbed his arm.

"Please don't leave me."

He looked at me. "Are you sure you want me to stay Baliey?"

"I don't want Reed or some other guy coming in and hurting me, I trust you"

He smiled and sat down on the couch by the bed where I was sitting.

"So whatcha wanna talk about?" He asked smiling his adorable crooked smile.

"Are you and Allyson close?" I asked.

"We were before I went to military school, I remember her telling me she was dating Reed." He shook his head.

"Why didn't you like him?"

"He was just rude and arrogant. He always thinks he's so hot. And I knew he was only with Allyson for her looks."

"Yeah" I said "Do you think Allyson will be mad at me? I mean she kissed another guy."

"She may seem like it at first but she probably wont really care, I mean she gives off that bitchy vibe but trust me, she's probably the sweetest girl ever. She doesn't even like Reed anymore. I'm glad."

We talked for awhile more just about family and friends. I soon got tired and laid down in the bed. Adam pulled the duvet over me and kissed my cheek.

"I'm going to go see if Trey's looking for you."
