Laurances p.o.v. I sat in the guard tower again. The whole village now felt like a cage. And I was a lion. A lion with his claws at the ready. Garroth even said it himself. I could attack at any moment. Nothing is gonna stop me. But, I'm not about to throw my life away. This lion is smarter than that. "Laurance!" Someone brought me out of my head.
I turned to see Dante. "We are playing cards, you wanna play?" He asked. "No," I spat, but then I thought about it. "Actually yes," I smirked, planning. We took a seat around table. "I don't know how to play poker," Dante admitted. "Then let's play betting go fish," I suggested. "Sounds good," Garroth nodded. We dealed cards. "Im betting 10 diamonds to start," I said. "Same," The other 2 said in unison. They burst out laughing. Suddenly, there was a thump!
