Chapter 7

Tarah POV

It was 4 which mean't it was time for practice, I haven't been on the ice since I found out I was having twins

"Adam can you find my skates?"

I got the twins in their carseats and got dressed for practice

Adam came in with my skates and he got dressed as well

"Are you excited to get back on the ice?" he asked carrying Bentley and Leah to the car

I closed the door

"Yes!" I said laughing

He smiled and drove us to practice

He pulled in and I carried Leah in while Adam carried Bentley

"Alright, here we go" I said taking a deep breath

We walked in and the Hawks were still practicing

"Great" said Adam trying to hide

"Why are you trying to hide?"

"I don't want anyone to see me?"

"Oh my god, stop!" I said pushing him

"Adam Banks, is that you?" said someone behind us

We both turned around and saw Coach Riley standing behind us

"What are you guy doing here?"

"We have practice" I said really snotty

He gave me a weird look

"Who's babies?" He said trying to look at Leah

"Wow, she looks like you Adam" he said laughing

That was rude

"You know what Riley, Adam is happy where he is and we are happy with our kids, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all"

Riley laughed and walked away. Adam didn't say anything not even a thank you

"You're welcome" I said walking into the locker room

He didn't say anything, what is his problem. I opened the doors to the locker room and everyone as already dressed and ready to go

"Tarah!" said Connie taking Leah from me

"Hi Connie" I said laughing

"You can take her out"

Connie took Leah out and she was wearing Connie's jersey we got and Bentley was weaaring Charlie's

"Charlie, Bentley is wearing you're jersey"

He didn't say anything he put a fake smile on his face and walked out

"What is his deal now?" I said running after him

"Charlie, stop!"

He turned around and didn't say anything

"What is your deal?"

No response

"Why won't you anwser me!"

"Congrats" he said with a frown and skated away

With that Coach blew his whisle and I placed Leah and Bentley in the stands inside there carseat

Charlie skated pass me and almost made me fall

"Charlie!?"

He didn't respond...This is going to be a long practice
