I licked my lips as I watched Jas get dressed. She was sexy as hell. Especially after what we did this morning.

"Babe.",she said snapping me out of my trance.

I laughed a lil' bit. She was fine as fuck though.

I chuckled a little before kissing her lips.

"Babe. Would you mind if I went out with the guys today? Jo going too.",I said assuring her.

She shrugged.

"Where y'all going?"

"Just to chill and eat something. Nothing big baby."

She smiled at me before looking towards the door. There stood our child. Jasmon was cute as fuck, although she came out darker than both of us.

Jas' mother was a dark woman and her dad was light so it was inherited.

"Come here daddy baby.",I said.
She ran to me with a slight Bob. She bow legged. Poor baby get it from her daddy.

I picked up her small body and she began to laugh.

"What's funny mama."

I could see Jas recording us out the side of my eye.

She laughed and laid on my shoulder. Jas on the other hand was still getting dressed to go visit her grandmother. We were going together but she wanted to speak to her by herself. Just to make sure everything was okay.

I was still a little skepticle about letting her go to that hospital by herself but I didn't need her worrying about that shit.

"Okay mama.",I said pulling Jas downstairs. I'm happy how our lives are going and I really just want to enjoy the ride.

I know eventually were getting married. Soon enough and I'm actually really excited about marrying her. She's the first girl that I've ever felt equal to.

We got in the car and I buckled Jasmon securely in the back seat, before driving off to the hospital.

I paced the room back in forth. I felt so guilty for what I had to do. It was so horrible of me,but he was my boss. I had to be loyal to him or he'd kill me.

That's how it is in the Charity Family. Its either now or never and I had to do it. I just had to. I hope she didn't recognize me to much.

I grabbed Jasmon from Cordyns arms. He smiled at me before stepping away from her room door.

I just nodded and walked in with a sleeping Jasmon in my arms. I was nervous as hell but she's been mumbling a few words now. I'm just happy she's doing better. She'll be home in time to celebrate Jasmons birthday.
I smiled at my grandmother.
"Hey gramma."

As soon as Jas closed the door behind her, I sprinted down the hall. I sprinted to the nurses desk.

"Escuse me.",I said to a female nurse, who's name read Sharon.
"Yes.",she said with a seductive smile.

"Hey I was wondering if you ever saw that man that had immediate heart surgery. After he got shot. Nobody has told me anything.",I said.

She nodded and pulled out it a drawer full of folders.

She went to the letter Z and pulled out a folder. I couldn't see the name of the person but she showed me a picture.

"Yes! That's him.",I said.
They finally have something after eleven months.

"Well sir. Directly after surgery we put him in a secure room. The next morning he was gone. No traces of him anywhere. The cameras were blinking in and out that day so we didn't get any film of him leaving."

A man a little younger than me came up behind Sharon and stared us both down.

"Let me see that folder.",he said with too much authority in his voice.

She handed it to him and he looked at the name before nodding.

"Escort this young man back to the room he's supposed to be in. Don't let me catch you sharing information on Mr.Zelda ever again."

I raised an eyebrow at them both before I walked to the room by myself.

I stared at my grandmothers note in disbelief. It can't be.
She's been making full sentences but she chooses not to talk right now. She never told me why.

"Grandma h-he wouldn't. I know him."

She opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted by a knock on the door. Cordyn entered with an irritated face.

"We're moving her out of this hospital. Its unsafe.",Cordyn announced.

I rolled my eyes.

"You're always saying that. First its me moving. Then not going out the house at night.

Now I have to move my grandmother!? You're working my last nerves.",I said.

Jasmon was now wide awake and playing on my phone.
"Baby its-"

"-for the best.",I said interrupting him.

"That's what you always say.",I mumbled.

He didn't even want me working at my own shop.Damon has been running it with Erica along side.
"I'm sorry grandmother but I have to go. I'll come back tommorow to see when you can check out okay?"

I kissed her cheek and let her kiss Jasmons cheek before I brushed past Cordyn. I'm tired of being in the house all the time. I want to be at my shop. For all I know, Damon has turned it out.

Then again he's not gay anymore.
I just sighed as I walked to the parking lot. I knew the argument at home would he heated as hell..
