I stared at everyone. I knew they were holding secrets. I was dying to ask.
The nurse came in and I smiled weakly at her. She was an older white woman and she seemed pretty nice.
"Okay I'll give you time with them and I'll be back in an hour. Oh and my name is Nurse Natalie.",she said.
She gave me one last smile before walking out.
I looked at everyone. I felt sore all over my body.
Nobody has changed a bit.
I sat up a little, careful not to hurt my babies.
"Tell me the truth. That's all I want to know."
The people in the room looked panicked. They looked sad and unsure.
Cordyn spoke.
"Well it started before I was born."
