Sweet 16

We finally arrived at baileys house and she's taking a shower right now and I'm about to talk to her dad.
Bailey'sDad:hey Sean,
Sean:yes Mr.Sok?
Bailey'sDad:in 2 more days it's baileys birthday and I wanted to plan something special.
Sean:mm hmm..
Bailey'sDad:and I noticed that she seems to like you a lot. And-
Sean:yeah?
Bailey'sDad:since it's her sweet 16, wait..before I even get to the point..do you really like her?
Sean:to be honest Mr.Sok,your daughter is the most amazing girl I've ever met..so yes.
Bailey'sDad:then I think you would make a great boyfriend for my daughter.
Hearing those words just made me feel so...Weird. So does this mean he actually wants me to be Baileys Boyfriend?
Sean:wait so-
Bailey'sDad:I think it's a good idea.and she likes you a lot.so can you ask her on that day?
Sean:okay mr.Sok..and thank you.
Bailey'sDad:cause she wasn't allowed to have a boyfriend before she turns 16.
And it's kind of strange that I'm actually telling this to you. Because I'm not always here to see her.

I gave a smile and he smiled back.
Baileys mom approaches us and speaks.
Bailey'sMom:I think it's a good idea too.i mean,she's been talking about you a lot lately and you've known her for months.
Bailey'sDad:thank you Sean.
Sean:you're welcome Mr.Sok.
*2 Days later*
Bailey pov:
I'm gonna have a party here at my place later at 7:00 all my friends are gonna be there and it's going to be a blast.
It's already 5:00 and Tati and boogie are already here helping me to get ready. They did my makeup and we used the exact same dresses we used to prom cause it was wasted anyways..
I'm finally 16 and it's another big day for me. Tati braided a section of my hair and pinned it to the back of my head. Boogie  did my makeup and she's really good at it. I put on my dress and we do each other's makeup.
Tati:You look great Hun!
Bailey:thanks babe.
Boogie:oh yeah we did it! Sean's gonna be wowed.
Bailey:really Malia?
Boogie:uh huh.
*all laughs*
About an hour later,every one was here partying but Sean wasn't there.
A lot of minutes passed and I just danced.. I'm so glad most of my friends came. Another hour passed and I see Sean in the corner of the room.
Bailey:Sean!
Sean:Happy Birthday Bailey!
Bailey:thanks sooo much! And wow someone's dressed.
Sean:not as good as you. *winks*
Bailey:haha. Good one.
Sean pov:
Baileys dad signals me to go to mom and I did.
Bailey:where you going?
Sean:just gonna get a drink.
Bailey:oh okay.
I walk towards baileys dad.
Bailey'sDad:30 minutes okay?
Sean:okay.
Bailey'sDad:I'm so glad you actually agreed to do this for my Daughter Sean.
Sean:she means a lot to me. *smiles*
Tati and boogie already know the plan about the "asking her" thingy.. And only 2 minutes more until it's 30 minutes.
Tati: *speaks on mic*um- hello.
*gabe smiles*
Boogie:we would like to call our Best friend,and also the birthday girl Bailey Sok.
The girls were standing in the center of the room and all the guests gave space so there was a big circle in the middle
Bailey walks in and I smile.
Bailey:hey everyone..I'm so glad all of you guys made it to my 16th birthday and thank you guys so so much for coming and it means a lot to me. I don't care if you haven't brought any gifts because what's important is that I spend my sweet 16 with all of you. Thanks guys!
Baileys about to leave but then Tati stops her.
Omg this is my part..
Tati:I think someone wants to give you something Bailey..
Britney and Kylie look confused as they step in front of the crowd watching.
Boogie:Sean?
I walk right in front of Bailey and she just looks at me confused as well..
Sean:Bailey Sok...
Everyone is shocked at this point and Baileys sisters take a video and cover their mouths.
Bailey pov:
I don't know what happening.. I cover my mouth like somethings gonna happen.
Sean holds one of my hands and kneels..
Sean:Would you like to be called..My girlfriend?
Okay..okay... I was about to cry at this point and people start to jump and Kylie is already crying.
Kenneth:you can do this bro...
Gabe:say yes..
I looked at Sean and stop covering my mouth and smile. I look over at my parents and Dad gives me a thumbs up and Mom mouths " say yes"
Bailey:...Yes.
I pull Sean up and he gives me the best hug he's ever given me.
Bailey:*whispers to sean* your so sweet.
Sean:I'm glad to call you mine,treasure.
I can't believe it.. I actually said yes. I danced my heart out,Sang karaoke,And most importantly, I got to be with my whole Family,all my friends,and Sean who I can actually call my Boyfriend.
Sean puts a ring on my finger.
Sean:keep it..
Bailey:awe Sean! *hugs sean* you're the best gift anyone could ever give me.
Sean:I still remember day 1. You hated me so much and now?
Bailey:yeah...
Kylie:Bailey! Sean! You two are growing up! *hugs bailey* happy birthday little sis.
Bailey:thank you Kylie.
My dad walks towards us..
Bailey:Daddy!
Bailey'sDad:happy birthday little one.
Bailey:thank you so much daddy.
Bailey'sDad:Your welcome.
Sean:now...you still owe me a dance right?
Bailey:right.
That night was the best night I had in a long time. I can't believe this is happening. It felt  so strange too..
