Maya P.O.V
It starts getting blurry. I see them pulling out Riley from the tub, The blood still running down her arm. I finally see Topanga Cory Josh Auggie and Shawn run through the door. Topanga and Cory run straight for Riley and Josh covers Auggies eyes. Shawn grabs me in a bear hug and I realised the screaming I was hearing was coming from me. Josh asks me "Did you see any signs?" I shake my head. I've always thought my little Riley was a ball of sunshine. I do remember that time I grabbed her arm and she winced in pain . How long was this going on for ? How did i not know the love of my life wasnt happy. I didnt even notice when We went to drive to the Hospital, The same one she told me she loved me at and now the one she might die at. I cant tell if this is the world torturing me more then it has. When I get there I see Cory and Topanga I go over and hug them. I cant even expect sympathy from them , They might lose their daughter who used to be so happy. Was this my fault? she was such a happy person before I told her about my feelings.
After many sobs and a few hours A doctor comes into the Hallway. "Riley Matthew's family?" We hurry over as he says "Shes Gonna be okay." I sigh in relief."But shes unconcious she'll wake up in the next Day or so though." I almost smile before I remember why shes even in the Hospital. I decide im gonna stay by her side the whole night. Shawn is gonna stay at home with Auggie so Josh can go home. Cory and Topanga are gonna check out some ....Mental facilites. I guess this is real. The doctor told us Riley has a severe case of depression and Anorexic. Thats what they can get without speaking to her. I mean I knew she wasnt eating but ...Anorexia? I love Riley how could she not see this. How could she not see how much I Love her . I LOVE HER MORE THEN I LOVE MYSELF. How could she do this to me? To her? I sob until I see a doctor come into check her Vital signs. "Best friend" She asks."Um , No. My Girlfriend." She Looks shocked then smiles "Its sad to See her like this"I nod"I can't beleive this" She looks sympathetic." Shes gonna be okay." I smile and look out how gorgeous my girlfriend is. The doctor walks out.
Its almost 4 A.M, 15 hours since I found Riley. I see her eyes flutter . I Freak out although she seems to be waking up its very slow. When Rileys eyes start to open I smile and look at her. Riley quite suddenly sits up "where am I?" "Riley youre in the Hospital? You tried too," she cuts me off , "I KNOW WHAT I DID, WHY AM I NOT DEAD, Why didnt it Work maya why didnt it work?" I start crying looking at my suicidal Girlfriend. The doctor comes in giving her something in a needle to knock her out." Shes okay she can talk, but shes getting so angry we needed to give her some medication." I cry And inform her parents she woke up
