Harry.
I wrap my arms completely around my sleeping little girl, the four year old so attached to me as I am to her. Emily has my brown hair and green eyes, so automatically we're connected in my mind. Since she was born, I've always been more protective over her. Luke and Carson have the best of friends, so I take care of Emily. Sure, Lennon has her time with the kids, but I get Emily all the time.
"Harry, why don't you take her to bed?" Lennon asks, her arms cradling a sleeping Carson.
"I will. Eventually," I tell her, her lips curving. I kiss Emily's hair and watch Lennon walk out of the room. Emily stirs and I watch her close, her body moving up.
"Daddy," she whispers, my hands holding her close.
"What's up, darling?" I ask, her hands moving into my hair.
"Can we have a sleepover?" she asks, my lips curving.
"Sure, baby," I smile, lifting her up. I let her get her pajamas on and I change into sweats, kissing Lennon. She smiles and I go back to Emily's room, her hand moving as she brushes her teeth. When she's done, she jumps up and I lift her up. We get into her bed and she hugs me close, my arms holding her as she falls asleep. We have these sleepovers every so often, her little body always curled up on my torso. We get some sleep and I wake up before her, getting out of bed. I walk to my room and climb into bed with Lennon, her eyes fluttering open.
"How was your night?" she asks, my arms wrapping around her tightly. We cuddle and I smile, holding onto my favorite girl.
"I'm too big for a four year old's bed, my feet were off the edge," I say, her lips curving.
"I'm so glad you have fun with her," she says, my lips pressing to her head.
"I'm happy I have a little girl," I say, her hand brushing my back. "And a wife. I don't thank you enough."
She laughs a little and I smile, holding her close the rest of the morning. Then running feet is heard and the daily routine continues, Emily jumping onto me.
"Daddy, did you fall off and come in here?" she asks, my lips smiling at her.
"Yes, I fell off," I grin, her laugh ringing throughout the room. She cuddles between us and talk for almost an hour before the boys come in. Luke sets Carson on the bed and Carson jumps onto me, my lips curving.
"Hello dude," I say, his brown curls all over the place.
"Hi Daddy," he grins, Luke laying on the end of the bed.
"Luke you have practice tomorrow, right?" I ask, his head nodding.
I watch as Emily crawls onto Lennon and they start talking, Luke getting up. "I'm going out tonight," he says, my eyebrows lifting.
"With who?" Lennon asks for us, Luke shaking his hair.
"A girl named Olivia," he says, my body sitting up. Carson stays in my lap and starts laughing, tracing my tattoos.
"You're going on a date?" I say, his head nodding.
"How old is she?" Lennon asks, sitting up with Emily.
"Fourteen. We're in the same history class," he says, my head turning to look at Lennon. Neither of us know what to do.
"Where are you taking her?" I ask, his hand running through his hair.
"The movies," he says, my eyes diverting to Carson playing with my hair. He laughs and I smile, Lennon now questioning Luke.
We help him get ready and I take him to buy flowers, the two of us talking. "Um, I'm going to say this, just because I'm your dad. Respect her, and don't have...sex," I say, his hand hitting my arm.
"Why the hell would I? I'm fourteen," he states, my lips muffling a laugh.
"Just saying," I laugh, his head shaking in response.
The rest of the night, Lennon and I take care of the twins before putting them to bed. But when Luke comes home, smiling crazy and extremely happy.
"I kissed her," is the first thing he says, my lips curving. He high fives me and Lennon laughs, Luke sitting down.
"That was so fun," he says, my lips pressing to Lennon's hair.
"She's nice?" Lennon asks, his head nodding.
"She's writes for the newspaper and golfs. She's so pretty," he continues, happy he's experienced something.
It's not long before he brings Olivia over, Lennon and I not knowing what to do. He's never had girls over and we're constantly eavesdropping to make sure they're not doing anything.
And they aren't. They're talking and laughing, having a good time together. She's a nice girl, very happy. Lennon seems to like her a lot, but I don't know how to interact with a teenage girl anymore. I don't want to seem mean or scary.
I watch Luke grow up dating Olivia, the two so happy and growing together. The two had braces together, went through difficulties, but I saw how much Luke hurt when they fought and I knew they'd work it out.
The twins grow too. Emily starts to get into art and Carson is very good at basketball. And Emily is still my little girl.
We go to her art shows all the time and Carson has games every Saturday morning. But I didn't know that Luke would have gone into modeling. The boy has muscles, extremely huge, but we still are the same height. The only thing that pisses me off with him, is he can grow a beard. He has a great beard and it makes me mad I can't grow one.
What I didn't expect, though, was when Olivia broke up with him. He was torn, so ruined. Lennon talked it out with him, our son moving back in temporarily. It was the pain that made him turn into something different. Lennon explained to me that Olivia broke up with him because Luke was 'becoming something he's not'. I called bullshit on everything.
So Luke went into a hole. He parties, drinks; essentially everything I did before Lennon. We've tried to help him, but he doesn't want it.
Emily and Carson are hopeful he gets better, and we all want to see him get better. Luke just needs time to figure everything out, just as I did. I understand where he's coming from and I think that's what he needs. He just needs time.
