STORY UPDATE (not a new chapter)

Hey everyone!
Over the years, I've found that I keep coming back to this one story. I started writing it when I was in middle school and clearly the story needs to be rewritten in my opinion. I've been doing my best to go back and clear up spelling errors and grammar mistakes that were made when I was a novice writer but I haven't had the time or the muse to really work on this story.

However, I've seen the comments and they're all incredibly motivational to me so I'd ideally like to get this story going again. Additionally, I have pursued writing since then and as an 18 year old who started this story at 14 years of age, I'd really like to go back and rewrite these chapters so that they could meet their full potential.

I think a lot of things don't make a whole lot of sense; Caylx enjoying twisting flowers into her hair and then telling Daryl how grief is a luxury they can no longer afford in further chapters that don't involve a whole lot of development, Rick and the group's immediate feelings towards Caylx in the beginning and the need for that dynamic to be expanded upon. Maybe you've noticed these things or maybe you haven't, maybe you disagree but this story has a lot of inconsistencies and they bug the crap out of me.

So in future I'll be rewriting the chapters proceeding the most recent ones, provided they are in desperate need of revision. And hopefully, after switching on and off from updating and revising I will get this story caught up canonically on The Walking Dead's current season.
