Chapter 14- Broken part two

Harry's POV

It all happened so fast, one minute we were happily cruising down the road and the next we've swerved of the road and the windshield is completely gone. I sit in my seat completely shocked not even looking around, I can't move, the only thing I've noticed is that Taylor is no longer in the car and Zayns body rests limply against the steering wheel. I finally gain the strength to look at Audrey who remains in her place not moving her head, she winced in pain when attempting to look in Louis' direction. I turn to look at Niall, Madi and Liam. Liam is looking around frantically to check if everyone is alright, Madi is crying in to Nialls shirt as he rubs small circles in har back attempting to comfort her whilst dialing numbers in to his phone that I'm assuming are 999 or Paul. I look back to Liam and see he has passed out, most likely due to blood loss considering there is a piece of glass sticking out of his forehead . All I want to do is help my friends, to comfort them but I can't move. I can hear sirens in the distance and I hear one of the van doors being carefully opened. It was the door by Audrey and Louis' seat, Louis gently lifts Audrey out of the car as she cries out in pain due to her neck slightly moving in the process louis attempts to comfort her as he walks her to an ambulance. Next is Niall carrying Madi out of the van door as she kicks and screams in the process about Liam who is currently passed out next to me. A stretcher is wheeled up outside the van door and I finally find the courage to move, I gently lift Liam and help the paramedics get him on the stretcher. I walk to the back of the ambulance where Audrey and Louis are currently being checked for damage, a nurse informs her that she has whiplash and will be kept in the hospital for a while also placing a bandage under her left eye that had been cut by a piece of glass. I watched as Louis leaned in and kissed her face where the bandage had been placed. 

Coming out clean I walk around the ambulance to see Liam's stretcher being lifted in to the back of another ambulance. I glance back to the car just as they pry Zayn's door open. He remains in the car with his head resting on the steering wheel until one of the paramedics pulls him out and lays him on a stretcher. I feel tears running down my cheeks as I watch Zayn get wheeled away. I feel a small hand grasp mine looking up to find Audrey, tears streaming down her face silently every so often she would let out a sob. I turn to her making eye contact and pull her in for a hug gently, trying not to hurt her neck. less than a minute later my shirt is tear stained and Louis, Niall and Madi have surrounded us.

Audrey's POV

I walk towards a paramedic who is currently holding a clip board, Madi and Niall have already left in the ambulance with Liam so Louis, Harry and I are waiting on a verdict on Zayn and Taylor. I try to hold in the tears long enough to talk to the paramedic, but soon realize there's no use. Nothing can stop me from drowning in my own thoughts right now, tears are streaming down my face but I don't care. My neck is killing me but I know there are people here who have it worse so I try not to complain much and I know once we make it to the hospital I will be forced to rest for days.

"H-have you seen m-my friend? She was in the p-passenger seat." I manage to get out without completely breaking down.

"I'm sorry I haven't." She says giving me a sympathetic smile. "I'm sure we will have more information once we get to the hospital."

"Okay thank you." I choke out turning to join Lou and Harry.

"She hasn't seen her." I cry collapsing in Louis' arms not even holding back the uncontrollably loud sobs escaping my mouth as I stain his shirt with my tears.

"Everything's going to be okay." Louis says rubbing circles in my back as he hugs me tightly.

"How do you know?" I say pulling away just enough to look in his eyes.
