Valentines Day is getting closer, and everybody is super excited because for the first time since 1994, we will be have a Ball (the last Ball was a Christmas Eve Ball for the Triwizard Tournament, but this one is for Valentine's Day). I really want to go, but it's for pairs only.
I've had a crush on this one guy since October. His name is Austin Forester. He is a second year Gryffindor and is on the Quidditch team playing as a Beater. He is 5'0" with brown hair and blue eyes . He is also very kind and hates bullies and will defend those who cannot defend themselves. And that is what I like about him but he doesn't even know I exist.
"Hey, Gelina" I heard from behind me. This was Kim. She looked super excited and she had two bunches of flowers with her.
"Are both of those yours?" I asked.
"Not both of them, one bunch is yours."
"Mine? But who would be sending me flowers?"
"I don't know, when Scorpius asked me to the ball, he said 'give these to my sister, some second year Gryffindor told me to give them to her'.... So here you go...... There's a card with them. Open it and see who they're from."
"Okay." I take the card off of the flowers and it says, "Meet me by the Black Lake at 1:00 on Saturday. Love: your Secret Admirer."
"OMG, Gelina, you have a crush!"
"I guess so. But the only question is..... Who is it?"
**Saturday**
I woke up this morning with butterflies in my stomach. Today is the day that I find out who my Secret Admirer is.
I got up and put on my nicest outfit which was a pair of skinny jeans, 3/4 sleeve shirt, with an infinity scarf and a pair of converse wedge heels, topped off with a winter hoodie(because duh it's cold outside). Then I proceeded down to the Great Hall with my best friends.
I barely ate anything for breakfast, I guess I was too nervous to eat.
"Gelina, you need to eat something" Scorpius said.
"I'm not hungry"
"At least eat a slice of toast, I have never seen you turn away from food."
"Fine, I'll have a slice of toast...or....maybe a bit more. I will need my energy for after lunch."
After breakfast I decided to go to the Library to read a muggle book I borrowed from Cynthia.
Before long it was 12:50 and I decided to head to the Black Lake.
**10 minutes later**
I arrived at the Black Lake to find myself standing next to a picnic blanket and basket. Then I noticed a floating note that said, 'Dear Gelina, I have had my eye on you since the first day of school. You're beautiful and kind and that is what I like about you. To find out who I am, look up.' I looked up to find myself looking at....
