Potions class went by pretty quickly, so my friends and I headed toward the great hall for lunch. Kim went to the Slytherin table and sat next to Scorpius and I went to the Gryffindor table with Leah and Cynthia.
As I was eating I was thinking about what my brother would say to me after lunch. Probably something like 'how could you disgrace the Malfoy name!', or 'wait till father here's about this!', something like that either way I wasn't looking forward to it. Leah must have noticed my deep thinking and asked, "Gelina, what's bothering you?"
"It's my brother, he's suppose to talk with me before next class and I'm kind of afraid of what he is going to say. I'm also afraid of what my Dad might say."
"Don't worry about it, I'm sure it won't be that bad and I sure that your Dad will support you no matter what house your in." Cynthia said.
"I hope your right, but I'm still a little worried."

I finished my lunch and went out to the entrance hall to wait for Scorpius, but when I turned around he was standing behind me. I guess he seen me get up from the Gryffindor table.
"Gelina, what happened? You're the first Malfoy not to be in Slytherin house." He asked calmly.
This shocked me a bit I figured Scorpius would be yelling at me. But I just replied, "why are you being so calm about this?"
"Because I didn't want to be in Slytherin like Dad, but the sorting hat wasn't even on my head before it said Slytherin, I had no choice. But you, you broke the tradition of the Malfoy's being in Slytherin. I'm happy for you, I just hope Dad is going to be okay with this."
"Me too Scorpius. Me too."
