Harry Potter: The Next Generation

Troubles

It's two weeks before the last day of school, and we are about to enter the Quidditch Pitch for the championship game, Slytherin verses Gryffindor. After about half an hour into the game I catch a glimpse of the Golden Snitch, Scorpius has also spotted it. We both chase after it when we notice that there is a bludger chasing us. Just before I get the Snitch the rogue bludger is coming at us from the side and hits Scorpius who bangs into me which sends us both falling to the ground.

I wake up a week later in the Hospital Wing with Austin at my side. He calls Madam Pomfrey to let her know that I am awake so she can give me a check-up, I guess.

"Gelina, how are you feeling?" Madam Pomfrey asks me.

"I feel fine except I have a slight headache and why is my leg in a cast?" I replied then Madam Pomfrey left the room to go get something.

"Gelina, do you remember what happened at the Quidditch match?" Austin asked.

"The last thing I remember is that the rogue bludger hit Scorpius, then knocking me off my broom."

Austin took my hand in his and looked into my eyes and said, "Gelina, you have been in a coma for a full week, everyone was so worried about you. Your parents and siblings, biological and adoptive were here. Our friends and well, me, I haven't left. Except to shower and eat, because I know that you wouldn't want me to not eat or smell bad for when you woke up, and for classes. Leah and Cynthia have your homework that you missed so you can study for finals."

"Thanks, you guys are the best."

Then Madam Pomfrey returned with some muggle medication called Alieve. "This should relieve the headache for a bit and when you feel like you want to stand, get Mister Forester to help and I will go and get a set of crutches for you to use over the next couple days. I'll just remove the cast because you leg is healed now, it should just be a bit tender."

She removed the cast and went to grab the crutches. I took a pill and positioned myself on the side of the bed until Madam Pomfrey returned. Austin helped me stand on my good leg and with the help of the crutches and my wonderful Boyfriend of course we made our way down to the Great Hall for Dinner.

**The Great Hall**

When we walked in all eyes looked in our direction. Then I see my brother's and Lily running up to meet me.

"How are you feeling?" Leah asked.

"I'm okay, my head and leg are a bit tender. Can we go sit down and finish the conversation?"

"Yeah, of course." James said.

We all sat at the Gryffindor table, Austin and Scorpius helped me sit at the table, while James took my crutches and laid them on the floor out of the way. Austin and Scorpius sat next to me, Albus and Lily were across from me with Kim, Leah and Cynthia next to them.

"So, Gelina, what happened? Scorpius told us his side of the story, he said the last thing he remembered before he blacked out was you falling from your broom." Kim explained.

"That's pretty much the last thing I remember. But, Scorpius, what happened to you after you fell and blacked out?" I asked.

"I woke up in the Hospital Wing a couple of hours later and found it hard to move, or breathe for that matter because I had a couple of ribs broken. But Madam Pomfrey made me drink some Skele-grow and within a couple days I was as good as new. Then we all took turns sitting next to you while we waited for you to wake up. Most nights Austin slept at your bedside in case you woke up." Scorpius said.

I leaned on Austin's shoulder as I asked Scorpius if he was okay. He said that he had never been better. My friends were talking about what was going on this week and that Gryffindor won the Quidditch Cup. Albus said that he filled in as Seeker and another Slytherin filled in too, for myself and Scorpius, and that he caught the Snitch. I told him that next year if we both are trying out for Seeker that we will work it out with the Captain so that we can take turns playing the games.

Before we knew it, Dinner was over and we headed back to our common rooms for the night.

**Gryffindor Common Room**

Back in the common room Austin and I were sat on the couch in front of the fire, while Cynthia was studying for finals and Leah was listening to a muggle band called Black Veil Brides. Their music is actually really good. I listen to them as well and I did some research and my favorite person is Andy Biersack, and I am supper stoked to listen to his new album. Anyways before we knew it, it was time for lights out, so I gave Austin a kiss, and headed up to the Girls Dormitory.
