The only one | Dolan Twins

Chapter 1

(Pov Nina)
I woke up in the morning. I took a look at the clock and saw it was 8am. I stepped out of my bed and got ready for school.

When i walked into the kitchen I saw my parents making their breakfast. "Goodmorning ." I said with a smile. "Goodmorning honey." My mum said. "Goodmorning sweetheart." I started making my breakfast and ate it.

*school*

I stood against my locker with my friend Ally. When I heard that everybody stopped talking i did the same and turned around to see the Dolan twins coming in. Everyone looked at them when they walked through the hallway. "You." Ethan said when he walked over to me. My head turned red because i was scared. "W-what?" "Ethan!" I heard Grayson say. Ethan stepped back. I made eye contact with Grayson. "You're lucky this time." Grayson said when he got closer. I stepped back and hit the lockers with my back. His face looked straight. He walked away and left me standing there speechless. We walked to class when the bell rang. "What was that about?" Nicole my friend asked. "I don't know." I sighed. "Do you want to know?" I nodded my head. "Well then go ask them." She said. I widened my eyes. "What? Are you crazy? Nicole, you know how the Dolan twins are. You can't just talk to them." I said half laughing. "Okay everybody sit down please!" The teacher said when she came in. I sat on my chair and grabbed my books.

I plugged my books in my locker and walked outside with Nicole and Ally. Nicole and Ally are both 17 and they came to school with their car. "Are you sure you don't need a ride?" Ally asked. "Yea thanks i'm fine." I answered with a smile. I gave them a hug and walked home.

"I'm home!" I said. "Hey," Wren came downstairs. "How was school?" He asked. "As always." I answered. "Eh, earlier today there was a guy by the front door. His name was Mason or something like that." Wren said. "Do you mean Grayson?" He nodded his head. "Do you know him?" He asked. "Yea. He's from my school. Why was he here?" "I don't know. He said he was a friend of yours." I laughed after I heard what he said. "No.. No we're not friends. God no."

"Did he talk to you today?" I shook my head. "Well actually we did. He said something like 'you're lucky this time' and i didn't know what he was talking about." "Weird." He said. I giggled and went to my room.

A few minutes later i heard Wren calling my name. "Yes!" I screamed. "Do you want something to eat? Mum and dad are coming home by 10!" "No thanks I'm fine!" "Okay!"

I made some of my homework and took a shower.

When i was done i sat on my bed. I was doing stuff on my phone till I fell asleep.

Next morning i was on my way to school. I felt there was someone following me. I didn't want to turn around so i walked faster. I heard the person did the same. I started breathing heavily so I turned around. It was Ethan. "What's wrong?" He asked. "N-nothing." I answered. "i don't like it when people lie to me so you better give answer now." Ethan got closer to me so i took a couple steps back. "I'll not hurt you. But if you don't speak the truth i will. Like yesterday. Everyone was quiet but you were the only one who was talking. It must have been very important huh?" "Ethan get away from me!" I said. "What?" He got much closer and grabbed my arm. "Get the hell away from me!" I said louder. He laughed. "So you dare to say that to me. That wasn't a smart move Nina." He squeezed my arm harder. "Ethan let me go!" Ethan pushed me hard. I almost fell but i could keep my balance. He walked to a black Range Rover and got in the car. I could see who was in the driving seat. It was Grayson. He looked at me and then drove away. I sighed and walked to school. I secretly had a crush on Grayson. Nobody knew it because i was scared about their opinions. I didn't even tell my brother. My brother and i are really close and we tell each other everything. Our deepest secrets and our problems. But i have the feeling that I should tell nobody. I don't know why but i just.. Can't. I actually should let it go because he doesn't like girls like me. I think he likes girls who're like him. And with that i mean that the girl skips class, smokes, has bad grades and does bad things. And I'm exactly the opposite.

When I arrived at school I didn't see the Dolan twins. That was weird because they were faster. I'm sure they skip class today. In a few days there's a big football game at our school. I always love it to watch football games and i'm going every year with my friends. "Hey dream head." Ally said when she walked over to me with Nicole. I gave them a smile. "What's going on?" Nicole asked. "When i was on my way to school i saw Ethan was following me. And he asked what was wrong and i said nothing so he said that he doesn't like it when people are lying to him and I didn't understand him. Then he stepped in a car and drove away." "What is wrong with you and Ethan?" "I don't know." She sighed and we walked to class.

We had lunch so we walked to the cafeteria. We sat down with our food and we were talking about stuff. "I thought they were skipping school." Ally said. We turned around and saw Ethan and Grayson walking into the cafeteria. "Ugh. So many girls are falling for them. I don't know what they like about the Dolan twins. I mean.. Look at them." Nicole said. "Yeah, you're so right." Ally said laughing. I stayed quiet. I could feel them looking at me. "Yea, so true." I quickly said. I made eye contact with Ethan and he looked at me with his eyes full of hate. I looked away and ate my sandwich. "Why is Ethan looking at me like that? It makes me scared." I said. Ally laughed. "Don't you realize that Grayson is looking at you as well. Very much." Nicole said and took a sip of her juice. "He has a crush on you." She added. "What? No," i laughed. "The Dolan twins don't date. Oh and seriously. He doesn't fall for girls like me." "Nina, you can see in his eyes that he likes you." Ally said. I felt my cheeks turning red. "Awe you're blushing." Nicole laughed. "Guys! I already said i don't like him. Stop it." I tried my hard not to laugh or blush more.

When the bell rang we stood up and walked to class. I still want to know why Grayson was at my house yesterday morning. I sat next to Ally and we took our books.

In the middle of the less I lifted up my hand. "Yes mrs. Hawkins." The teacher said. "Can i go to the bathroom please?" She nodded her head so i walked out of the classroom. Nobody was in the hallway. I took my phone and checked some stuff while walking to the bathroom. I shocked when i walked into someone. "Oh i'm sorry." I looked up and saw Grayson. Oh shit.
