Chapter 6

(POV Nina)
"Grayson..." I said. "Yea." He whispered still leaning his forehead on mine. "I don't know." He grabbed my hand. "Please.... what can I do to make you forgive me?" He asked rubbing my hand. "I don't know if I can forgive you." I answered. "What about me taking you on a date tonight?" I sighed. "I will text you to let you know... bye Grayson." I said and walked away. "Wait!" I turned around. He walked up to me and pecked my lips. "Bye." He said. I gave him a small smile and went to class. I wasn't focused at all. Just because the only thing I was thinking about was Grayson. He literally just asked me on a date. Grayson Dolan asked me on a freaking date. A part of me was super happy and another part was kinda scared. What if this is a stupid prank or some joke. I don't know..

I got home from school and went up to my brothers room. I knocked on his door and he said i could come in. I sat down on his bed. "Hey, are you okay?" He asked. I nodded and looked down. "What would you do if the most popular girl at school who is kind of a bully asked you out on a date?" I asked. He didn't expect this question. "Well.. first of all I have to be sure they mean it or maybe even like me. Why? Is there something?" He asked worried. "No.. I mean yes. There is this guy. Grayson. He is really popular with his twin brother Ethan. Grayson is nice to me when his brother is not around but when his brother is around he acts like a dick to me and today he asked me out on a date for tonight. I don't know what to do." He sighed. "You should go. I mean if you don't feel good about it then cancel it. But let him pick you up here and I can have a chat with him and maybe get to know him so I know who you're going out with." I smiled. "Thank you Wren." I gave him a hug and went to my room. I took my phone and texted Grayson.

"Pick me up at 7?"

5 minutes later he replied:

"Sure ;)"

I went through my other messages and I saw one from an unknown number. It said:

"Hey, it's Alex :) remember me?" Sent 37 minutes ago.

"The guy who works at McDonald's right?"

"No.."

"Hahaha I'm joking. you're the guy who technically saved my life."

"Haha did I?"

"Sort of hahaha"

It was 4 pm. I grabbed my laptop and watched the vampire diaries on Netflix till it was 6:30 pm. Wait.. 6:30 .. FUCK. Grayson was coming in 30 minutes and I till didn't do anything. I got out of my bed and opened my closet. Wtf should I wear. I took a nude colored top with white pants and black vans. Nothing fancy. By the time I put my clothes on it was 6:53. I heard the doorbell. Shit. Why is did he come earlier. My brother opened the door. And I heard Grayson's voice. "Nina? Grayson is here!" My brother shouted. "Yes just give me a couple more minutes!" I did my make up real quick and my hair as well. When I was done I checked myself in the mirror and went down stairs. I saw Grayson and Wren having a conversation. They seemed nice to each other. While I was going down the stairs they both looked up at me. Grayson scanned my body and his jaw dropped. I wasn't looking that different than usual so I don't know why his jaw dropped. "Hey." I said breaking the silence. "Hey," Grayson smiled. "Are you ready?"  I nodded. I took my purse and gave my brother a hug. We went outside and stepped in Graysons car. "Before we go. I wanted to apologize for everything I've done to you. I'm really sorry. I really am. I hope you trust me on this. I will do anything to make it up. Please I hope you forgive me." He looked in my eyes. "Let's just go on this date and we'll see how it goes." He nodded and he drove to wherever we're going to. 

"So what is your favorite kind of food?" Grayson asked. "Well I love pizza," I felt his eyes on me. "Basically just all the Italian food there is." We both started laughing.

We arrived at our location. It was an Italian restaurant. Grayson walked over to my side of the car and opened the door for me. "Thank you." I smiled. We walked towards the entrance of the restaurant and I felt Graysons hand on my lower back. "Hi. Reservation for Dolan." Said Grayson. "Yes, follow me." Smiled the young lady. We followed her through the restaurant to our table. It was a nice chic place with soft music playing and candles. It was pretty romantic. We sat down at our table and got the menus. We talked for a little bit till the waitress came to take our orders. We both got a medium cheese pizza. That's my favorite. "So Tell me a little bit about yourself." Grayson said. "Well, i love pizza." He laughed. "I like photography just taking pictures of everything that looks nice." Grayson cut me of: "if you like taking pictures of nice things you must have a lot of pictures of yourself." He winked. I felt myself blush like crazy. "Not really." I said still blushing and smiling while looking down. Grayson smiled back at me biting his lip. Wow. That was hot. I catched myself staring and immediately stopped. What am I doing. Stop it Nina. He noticed me staring and he smiled looking down. This is so weird. I never expected Grayson to be like this. I wonder if there's any kindness in Ethan. There clearly is in Grayson. I saw the waitress walking up to our table with the pizzas. I'm so hungry. I could literally eat mine and Grayson's. But act normal Nina. Don't start eating like a cow. "Oh and can we also have wine please?" Grayson asked. The waitress nodded her head. "Of course." She smiled and walked away. Okay when the wine is here I'll only drink one glass. Not more. I don't want to end up freaking out because i didn't use a condom. I know there's not that much of alcohol in wine but still. i could get tipsy of 2 glasses. I just can't handle alcohol as good as other people. I don't really drink. Grayson on the other hand...
